Our driver Jason did an amazing job! He was personable, knowledgeable and really kind. He went above and beyond to explain the history of things in Vancouver and was a very safe driver.

Very good day showing the highlights of Vancouver – used this trip to give us an idea where to spend more time, Views from the lookout great.

We had a great tour of Vancouver. This tour was perfect because it was enjoyed by our multi generational family. We had one member with mobility issues so this was great to have a van drop us off at all the key locations. In addition we had children who enjoyed the tour as well. Our guide Leslie was wonderful and so informative.

Everything was enjoyable on this trip. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and the bus driver was very friendly too. Highly recommend this tour.

The city tour & Lookout was a nice tour. Pick up & drop off at hotel made it easy. Stanley Park was interesting. Granville Island was big area to cover. Many eating places. Wish we had more time there. The Lookout was such a site to see fantastic view of Vancouver. Tour guide Sophie M. Did a great job. So did driver.

Unfortunately this tour wasn’t able to go to Stewart Park because of the triathlon
So we were rescheduled to go to the Salmon Hatchery. Unfortunately I had been there the day before on Gordy’s tour to Grouse Mountain
All the way there Derek kept telling us he was. Hiker and I tended to do. Hike when we got there.
Which he did. The bus parked up the hill away from the hatchery Derek got off first and went for his hike
He did not wait for the bus to unload, he did not consider that there were people on the coach who could not hike ( one poor lady was on a walker).
Nor did he tell the non hikers how to get to the hatchery. I did.
He could have asked the driver to drop them at the entrance and then gone off on his one man adventure. Not a great ‘hike’ may I say, just a walk up a trail.
He had no idea where any of the group were as he was too busy being ‘hiker’.
    Dreadful.
Then we went to Granville Island – for nearly two hours. That’s shopping not a city tour!
When we did go,through the city he pointed out places of interest but failed to say whether they were on the right or the left so by the time you worked out what he was looking at we
    missed it.
It was not an enjoyable morning. Had I known we would spend two hours on Granville Island I wouldn’t have gone
I can understand the change of itinerary to the hatchery but why take us there if he wasn’t interested in the hatchery itself.
Terrible morning, terrible waste of time.

Staying on the bus since Stanley Park closed Had no desire or interest in another hatchery. Derek (our guide) did not fully explain the activity level needed to go down, nor did he slow down when requested. I stayed on bus – many older people came back extremely distressed
Lunch at Granville Island – Vancouver Fish Company highlight for me. Excellent service and awesome food. Lookout Tower very good. But not sure if all people got back before leaving – Derek left without taking headcount. Overall dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Our tour guide, Nigel was amazing … he was funny and knowledgeable and made the tour really fun while giving us the tour!
The only part that I wish your company had made clearer was … if we had brought our luggage to the tour bus with us … after the tour we could have been dropped off at the airport!
We were picked up at Canada Place after disembarking from our cruise! We stored our luggage to go on the tour and then had to find our own way to the airport! I tried to make our drop off at the Airport but the website wouldn’t let me do it … it indicated we could only be dropped off at the meeting place!

We booked this last minute because of a late night flight. It was a great way to spend our last day before our flight. Our tour guide was very informative about Vancouver and seemed to be a really genuine guy that cared about our experience. He was super nice and did a great job!

Had a great time. Was picked up at our hotel which made it very convenient. Tour Guide very informative and knowledgeable . It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the sights!

Senan our guide was terrific, he showed us the highlights that Vancouver had to offer. Great value for the money and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comprehensive tour.

Anthony was a great tour guide and told us much about this beautiful city while on the tour. Wish we could have had more time at Stanley Park

Good familiarisation trip. Greg shared his knowledge of the city with humour. Glad to have the stop off at Granville Market.

This is a good introductory tour that covers all the main places, especially if you don’t have much time in the city. Would have been nice to stop in gas town and maybe walk to the lookout?
It worked for us as we’d just disembarked from a cruise ship and wanted a short tour and an airport transfer.
    Our guide Jessica was excellent!
My 1 complaint is that the instructions sent by the tour company are contradictory and misleading. They requested a confirmation call the day before that we could not make and was not needed, they also said the ticket needed to be redeemed and this was also not the case. Finally we selected the Pan Pacific as our pick up and checked with the west coast booth who told us the bus would pull in for us, it did not, we luckily spotted the guide heading off on foot as the bus could t use the street due to the amount of cruise traffic, this made it all a bit stressful!

    The tour consisted of:
    – Stanley Park Totum poles – amazing but rushed
-Granville Island shopping district – I personally do not want 1.5 hours of a tour to be dedicated to shopping and eating. I can do this anytime outside of the tour. I did not find the area striking in anyway, except from the location which has amazing views of the water and city. Far too much time was spent here.
    – Chinatown – This would have been a great choice 10-20 years ago but unfortunately it’s very rundown, homeless and drug infested so it was a very depressing part of the tour.
    – Vancouver Lookout – Definitely a high light of the tour and a must do. However again there was not enough time so it felt rushed. There was also a gift shop at the bottom which most people wanted to visit but there was no time allocated for this at all.
Unfortunately this tour was a bit of a mess. Not enough time spent in the good places and too much spent in the bad places.
The tour needs serious redesigning or scrapping completely.
I hope this feedback is useful and leads to positive change.

Driver and tour guide (Anthony) was very informative and had lots of knowledge about Vancouver and surrounding area.
Loved our pick up. It was very easy to find. Drop off at airport was a bonus.

  20. Dave_P

We really enjoyed the informative tour. We were only in Vancouver for one day. We wanted a tour that gave us an overall glimpse of the town, that was a success.
