Just great! Quick driveway and then the breathtaking view over Düsseldorf! Super great and there are labels, what you can see in the distance. One floor down there are no panes, but grilles and good air and you are alone because everyone is pressing against the panes at the top. From down there, you also have a great view. We skipped the bar and cafe because of the prices.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The toilets were not well stocked as the ladies lacked toilet paper. The ride in the elevator was accompanied by an employee and lasted only a few seconds. The view from the café level was very nice, especially the inscriptions helped to find your way around. Unfortunately, the viewing platform below the café level was heavily barred, so that only a limited view was possible. We didn’t use the restaurant.

The ticket worked perfectly, you could pass the cash register directly on the left. It’s very nice at the top, especially now in winter when the Ferris wheel is still standing and everything is lit up. The only downside is that there was hardly any choice in the evening. No cocktails, no cocoa and no snacks. It’s a shame that it was only 8 p.m.
