Amazing to see what they have done in middle of a shopping mall. This ticket does not include access to the penguin cave!!! Also, although we purchased the ticket here we had to wait in the queue again because the QR code on the ticket wasn’t working

Nothing about this Aquarium was worth the trip.
We had reservations through Viator which uses Royal Smart Tourism as the tour operator
his operator did not bother sending us the tickets that would be redeemed for the Viator voucher. We had to call them several times till they finally sent it to us when we had spent several minutes standing in the ticketing line on the second floor.
This attraction had only one ticketing agent on second floor with long lines already waiting for several minutes. Poor people movement skills.
The aquarium itself is pretty bare basic with some penguins, some reptiles and some fish.
The underwater terminal is not even connected to the aquarium. One has to come out through the gift shop, then go to ground floor and then go stand in another queue to get into the tunnel. very poorly designed to facilitate seamless transfer between the aquarium and the tunnel.
Dubai mall’s food court is a mess. Crowded and lacks adequate seating space.
