Our pilot Simi was awesome she was extremely informative on the flight and handled dome strong winds conditions exceptionally. We were disappointed not to be able to go on the boat ride but understand the conditions were not favourable it did however make for a longer day. We were happy to receive a partial refund due to this not bring available.

The archipelago and horizontal falls were amazing. Only issue was sitting right hand side of plane most of items to be seen were on left hand side of plane so most trip home was just sea! Cygnet bay and boat ride to tides was incredible.

We did cygnet tour. It is a must for everyone travelling to Broome. Our pilot, SIMMI was amazing& very professional. Not only an amazing pilot but also she was so informative giving us such an amazing tour. Definitely will come back. Never had such a smooth landing in a small plane. View is mesmerising and our pilot knew how to fly and all the manoeuvre was so fantastic. Thank you Air Kimberley for such a service 😊

Friends and I took this trip on 9 September 2024. We traveled from Canberra and paid $4500 including airfare flying from Perth to Broome specially to see horizontal falls. However, we were told on the day that the plane would leave at fixed time (e.g. around 9am) each day. So there would be no falls to be seen. My question is if you knew there would be no falls to see at that time, why did not you tell us or say that in your tour web information so that people can choose different tour??? it was a total disappointment.
The lady pilot (I forgot her name) was good.

The Cygnet Bay Explorer was unforgettable. Lachlan, our pilot and tour guide, took great care of us, as we winged our way to Cygnet Bay and beyond. Travelling by bus, air and boat, we ticked off a number of bucket list destinations during this day tour. The sights and sounds along the way were complimented by a range of experiences across the day, great lunch of Barramundi at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm and tour commentary to broaden our understanding and appreciation of another of Australia’s gem destinations.
