The mechanics of this experience were flawed at best. My original dinner VIP ticket was cancelled without reason. Then upon re-booking I was only allowed app.s and sub-par seating even though it was still VIP. When there I had to wait one full hour to eat z7 drink because the others in my row were very late. Chilled appetizers were now room temp. Disappointed.

I knew to be there at 6PM, but listened to a friend. I had VIP seating with dinner, champagne & dessert. Only was given my champagne because we we’re late! I will know better for next time!

Prior to this we went to Vegas show, Broadway a week before this show. Hands down this is wayyyyy above the rest. I highly suggest you eat the catered meals. So delicious and the enter show and dinner was worth every penny.

Show was great. Appetizers were horrible and they charged my $5 extra for orange juice. If you play on going from playa plan on an extra $100 for the taxi ride.

The venue was fantastic and the performances absolutely amazing. I have been to a few Cirque du Soleil shows and this was by far, the best experience. In addition to the performers, the staff at vidanta were first class, very attentive, very professional. The entire atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

The total experience was amazing. The dinner and champagne package was super. Appetiser was presented in a way that would put most restaurants to shame, the dinner was one of the best I’ve had in Mexico, and the desserts were mesmerising.
When it comes to the show, it’s hard to put in words. This is a must see experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
