Better than advertised! 3 stops, one for sharks and stingrays, one for eagle rays, and one at the coral garden for fish.
At the first stop we had multiple sharks (one with a baby) and rays, despite it being afternoon when they apparently leave the area. At the second stop our guide found a whole pack of eagle rays, and at the third stop there were hundreds of fish and an eel.
Our guide was also really amazing and personally helped out one of our party who was not a strong swimmer.
We’d totally do this again when we come back to Bora!

Love this excursion! We originally booked (just the day before) an afternoon 1pm trip. The tour guide called us and asked if we wanted to join the 9am trip instead because there was a better chance of seeing the sharks/stingrays. Worked out so much better, as we were able to enjoy the rest of the day after. They picked us up from our hotel and introduced us to our Guide, Malaki. He is the best guide! Super funny, but also so friendly and welcoming. Guided us each step of the way. He also was helpful to my partner who does not know how to swim; made sure he felt secure with life vests, floaty, continuous checking in. We got to see everything and then was dropped off directly to our hotel off the boat.

Fantastic experience! Our guide Maui, picked us directly from our resort. We then headed over to the shallow waters where the stingrays & sharks were. This was such an amazing experience for my wife & I! The sharks & stingrays being within touching distance of us was surreal. After spending approximately 30 minutes here we headed over to the deeper ocean, where the coral gardens were located. Snorkelling through this we saw so much aquatic life! All sorts of corals, fishes & crustaceans. We spent a good amount of time exploring through it.
Throughout the trip Maui pointed out historical & interesting facts regarding Bora Bora & the surrounding areas.
At the end of the tour we were dropped back to our resort.
An experience I would highly recommend!
