Most of the earphone connections did not work. Since it was raining on 6/22/23, we couldn’t go on the upper level to try those connections. We missed most of the entire tour. An absolute waste of time and money. Someone should service the equipment before the bus is put into service. Will not recommend this company.

Big Bus good for getting to certain shopping areas and views but, thought time of operations for bus running was much longer.

Must to do. You can go and see all the city in one day. Easy to hop in and out. Clean and safe bus. We really recommend to do this.

  4. Janine_P

    Excellent
Saw everything in clean safe bus. Safe driver and polite staff. We saw everything and very convenient!

Trying to find where to board the bus . As all the stops are marked for toot bus .
    Very frustrating .

  6. Sandy_B

Great photo opportunities if you sit on the upper level. It takes a long time between buses, the other tour Toot seemed to be a lot more frequent, but once on the bus it was a good experience to see the different landmarks.

Spent first two days in Paris doiog the hop on hop off to get to know the major sites of Paris. Was an easy way to get to konw the city before we headed off on our own. The Arc de Triumphe and river cruise were a great part of the tour.

Always amazing. Great to do on the first day in a new place in order to get the lay of the land. This was my second time on Paris and I brought my family on the bus since it was their first. Great experience !

One of the better bus tours that I have done with my family that includes two teenage girls. It is the summer and the only downside is fighting the crowds and figuring out when to “hop on” as the busses were fairly packed at times. The app helps you navigate and recommend downloading. The narration is also nice to listen to throughout the ride. I wish there were more stops because there were times where I would have liked to “hop off” but couldn’t.

Very good way to see the famous landmarks of Paris. Buses run pretty frequently and you can usually get a seat up top. Ticket sellers are helpful and speak good English. The traffic can be heavy in Paris especially during peak times so bear this in mind when travelling with time limits. Sometimes it is faster and cheaper to use the metro to get around.

Easy and fun way to get around and see Paris with teens! App made process of locating and timing buses so simple.

Bus tour was great. Very easy to find the bus and smooth transaction. Very informative with the audio guides provided on the bus. We bought the tickets with the arc du triomphe entrance and river cruise. The arc was very nice. Great views of Paris from the top. Disappointed with the river cruise as the boat was way too full and no place for us to sit on top outside so we ended up having to sit downstairs inside and really didn’t see anything except the inside of the boat. I found it was not right that we paid the same price as the others but got a lesser experience. They should have more seating on their boats outside to accommodate everyone. Other than that the experience was great. Would definitely recommend big bus.

The second bus we got one the driver was very rough with his driving. A lady at the front of the bus hit her head on the shield when he checked the brakes abruptly. He did not stop at most of the stops.
We stood at the champ elysees stop for about one hour around 8 pm. No bus came. We ended up taking a Uber.

Liked to see the inner city part that o didn’t see otherwise
Also do much traffic and everyone on scooters and bikes

Hop on bus is the best way to see the sites and figure out what you want to stop and see. We use this service in every new big city we visit to learn and see the highlights before deciding where to so bd more time and visit. Love sitting on top for a great view. They come very frequent, never wait long. Great service

Up top and up front. Good commentary. Saw all the sites and was nice and relaxed if one bus was full the next was just 10 minutes behind it .

  17. SaiChuen_H

It is convenience. Routes are well-planned.
Staff are nice. Bus stops are easy to find.
Upper deck has great views. Lower deck is a bit poor ventilated.

Fantastic way to see Paris! Tons of busses constantly moving through the day so very little wait at each stop. Most stops were very close to the landmarks. Others only required a short walk. Book your hotel fairly close to one of the stops and download their app. Very easy process.

Good way to see most attractions in Paris. It could be a little crowded so you need to be patient and wait for the next bus. We went in the summer (mid July) and it was really hot at noon until the evening so we also took advantage of the air conditioning at the lower level of the bus. Take one whole round trip and you will still have plenty of time to go back to places that you find interesting. Overall a good experience.

So easy to get around Paris to sightsee on our first day! Loved it!!
Never had to wait more than 5 min. for a bus.
One stop was closed that they did not tell us about.
Had to walk alot to the next stop.
