Took my partner and my two young girls on the aqua duck. We absolutely loved it, the commentary was not only educational but was quite amusing aswell. Friendly staff and the girls got to be captain for a moment. Very interactive. Well done aqua duck.

Experience didn’t happen, drove from Brisbane to the Gold Coast only to be told that our ride was moved from morning till the afternoon, as we had plans for the afternoon we had to cancel our experience which disappointed our visitors from Sydney.

This was SO much fun! It was my toddler’s first time on a bus/boat and she was over the moon. She’s obsessed with ducks too which was also a win. Both the driver and the tour guide were very lovely and kind to us, often stopping to make her laugh and play with her. The tour was relevant and interesting and the view on the water was stunning. Would definitely do it again!

Seeing young,physically and mentally handicapped children having a go at the Captain’s wheel and getting a certificate. The seating arrangements could have been better planned to allow for proper weight distribution before going into the water. As it is,the vehicle was lopsided in the water. Life jackets should be readily don-able and not tied up in knots?

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had 2 flights cancellations and I ended up arriving to the Gold Coast just a few minutes before to the tour time, which I told them. I understand that there is not their problem but they were not flexible to re-schedule my tour. They just offered me to pay another tour for a different time/day. So disappointing.
