Yaseen arrived early at our hotel. He was an excellent driver and tour guide. Extremely flexible and accomodating to the changes we had to make. Really liked the overall service. Would definitely recommend.

We were extremely disappointed with this tour, and unfortunately it was because of the tour guide. We liked Abbas. He was very friendly and nice. But he texted me at 1:30am asking if he could come at 9am instead of 10am because he needed the extra hour of sleep. How could I refuse? This cut our tour short by an hour and we were constantly rushed. We didn’t get to see multiple parts of the scheduled tour (Art Gallery and Ferrari Theme Park Experience). One of the worst parts was the lunch in which we were given one of only two terrible options. My dad is a vegetarian and one place did not serve any vegetarian food. The other place was an Indian/Pakistani buffet that we had no interest in. And it was clear these were the stops for all tourists. It felt like a complete tourist trap. We had a reservation at the Burj Al Arab at 4:30pm, which is why I booked the tour to begin at 8am. But when the driver says he’ll be sleep deprived unless you start an hour later, what are you supposed to say?? We found him to he nice but immature and he did not consider the implications of his tardiness. Oh, and he showed up 10 minutes late anyway. We were pretty upset by the entire trip.

Umer was polite, I good guy make a living, but he’s not a guide. He would just drop us by and pick-up to the other place. The “carpet souk” was one of those famous “carpet shops” that “constrain” us to buy. Fortunately, we avoided that. We almost skip all the afternoon part of the tour due to lack of interest. Qasr Al Watan, one of the most attractive points in Abu Dhabi was just a photo shot point miles distant!
All in all, very poor experience.

I booked a private tour for 1/2 of the time that I paid full price for as we only needed to see the grand mosque and the presidential palace. Noor the tour guide was 45 mins late and he told me to start 1 hr late which I said no as we are going to cut the 9 hr tour to only 4 hrs. We were not accompanied in either places, bare minimum explanation on the places and then brought us to a place to sell us carpets.
The two places of course where beautiful but we could have just gone there ourselves.

He was very knowledgeable because he had lived in this country for a number of years. We stopped at all the major sites and give us enough time to go on our own and some of them. The only comment I have is that he referred us to go on another tour, a safari in the desert which we did and we were not very happy about that. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My driver, Adnan, was the absolute best! He was so gracious, knowledgeable and very patient with my older parents. Having the private tour meant that we could customize and spend time where we really wanted to go. We went to a cool little buffet for lunch and I tried many foods for the first time. From the awesome treatment to the many fun facts, this was well worth the money and cheaper than a group tour. Do yourself a favor and book the private tour and ask for Adnan.
