The guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Not just about the geysers, but about all of the birds and animals and anything else we wanted to know about the area. The lunch was perfect, well thought out, and felt like it was packed with good energy from the packer. My friend is gluten free and her lunch was delicious and beautifully prepared.

Kim was fantastic! Knowledgeable, personable, friendly, informative and a true professional who loves her job and it is clear to her clients by just being around her. The hike was exactly as listed and Kim was willing and able to customize certain parts. We had a 10/10 day and loved our hike. This is not to be missed!

The most amazing hike ever. Everything was checked off my list. Seeing the bison, old faithful, hiking up to the observation point. And additionally adding sorbet! Hooves is the best, very knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the land. Highly recommend!

My husband and I only had 1 full day to enjoy Yellowstone. This tour helped us make the most of our time. It was great to use our feet to explore all the amazing geo thermal hotspots. Our guide Marissa was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this tour to others.

2 adults and 2 teens. We had a great time with our guide he was knowledgeable and it was a great experience. A six hour hike maybe seem like a lot but it was a relaxed pace and we got to enjoy the park without driving around looking for parking and crowds.

The highlight of this hike was our guide Marissa. She was very knowledgeable and shared lots of information. She did a great job accommodating the diverse group of “hikers” and keeping everyone involved. We even got to see an Osprey catch a fish!!
Bring plenty of water! There isn’t much shade on this adventure and the heat comes from the ground and the sky!!

Declan was such a great guide. We learned so much more than anticipated and had a wonderful time. Yellowstone is a magical place.

We had a fantastic experience. Marissa, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable, and was a joy to be around. The tour showcased the beauty of all the thermal features. We loved it!

Our tour guide Marisa was absolutely amazing and super knowledgeable not only about geysers but Yellowstone in general. More then worth the money. The hike was pretty easy too, just make sure to take plenty of water and apply sunscreen before you go.

Alex was an excellent guide. She was very passionate about Yellowstone in general and she was very knowledgeable about so many subjects regarding the park and its habitat. We saw a bison about 10 minutes into our walk that was very close to our trail, but thankfully he was not interested in us and never lifted his head off the ground from eating. She was so excited to see certain geysers erupt that normally are not regular “eruptors”. Our lunch (which you individually carry your own) was very tasty and filling. She offered walking sticks and backpacks if you wanted them. We were allowed time to explore the Old Faithful Lodge Inn which was really cool and allowed us time to watch Old Faithful erupt! We ended up walking 7.5miles, but only because it was 4 of us and we were all good hikers. I would highly recommend this hike!

We both really enjoyed our Geyser Tour with Chris. He was a very good guide, very friendly, and gave us time to check out each of the geysers/pools throughout our tour.
He had supplies for everyone (snacks, water, sunscreen) and when it began to rain he asked if anyone needed a poncho. He was a very good host for our group.
One of the highlights of our time at Yellowstone was this tour, and we would recommend anyone to take time for this tour. 5/5

The hike was really not a hike! It was mostly walking around the boardwalk of the Upper Basin. The hike to the observation point for Old Faithful was something you could do yourself since out guide had very limited basic knowledge. Also since we carried our own lunch it was nit kept cold and it was a plain turkey sandwich with no condiments.

Great time with our guide Chris who spends his winters as a science teacher. Super knowledgeable on the plants, animals and of course the geysers! Great trip and really appreciated his knowledge and insight into the park.
