Great fun and value for money! From start to finish Jet Sking from Island to island is this beautiful part of the world. You even get to visit the place where the James Bond movie was made. I would highly recommend putting this activity on your bucket list.

Great trip once we got going. It was a 2 hr timeframe from being picked up to actually getting on a jet ski and instead of being done & back @ hotel in 5 hrs, it was a 9 hr day. It was an awesome adventure and great pictures they offer for free – but just a heads up as I missed out on dinner plans I had. Would definitely do it again knowing what I know now.

This was a terrible experience with false advertising. We booked the tour that had a 7am start time. The tour said the driver would reach out ahead of time with pick up time. The driver did not reach out until after the 24 hr cancellation time and he informed us he would not be picking us up until 8:30 for the 4 hour tour. We booked with a 7am start because we had to leave for the airport at 12:30. The driver informed us the tour didn’t actually start until 9:30. We told him we would not be able to do it and he said that’s fine but you can’t cancel. This is false advertising! The driver then proceeded to try and sale us something else for even more money. We emailed Viator to try and get our money back and they have yet to respond. This is terrible customer service and false advertising.

So much fun! Might be a little challenging if you’ve never driven a jet ski before but lots of fun, visited cool islands and felt very safe the whole time! Recommend to lots of people in Phuket while we were there but if you’re adventurous and feeling like doing a unique experience, this is it!

Although jetskiing around islands was in itself a neat experience, there were a number of issues that were incredibly frustrating on this tour.
The first issue was that the description misrepresented what the tour entailed. Under the “What’s Included” it stated “4 or 5 hours tour (drive yourself)” which, seems clear to me, that the tour involves a person driving themselves. Second, under the same heading, it also said “2 Person possible per Jet Ski and weighing up to 180 kg).” Again, this seems clear that each person paying $235 would be getting their own jetski. The use of the term “possible” tells me that it would be at our option to ride with a second person. Had I purchased this tour as a singular person, would I have been forced to ride with a stranger? I don’t believe this is the case. Further, on this point under the “What to Expect” heading, it states, “Note: The price is for 1 jet ski, …” This is, again, an incorrect description. If I paid for TWO tickets, I should be getting TWO jetskis.
Upon arrival at the jetski location, we were told we allowed only 1 jetski because we paid for 2 people. After showing them the booking we were told they had no additional jetskis to offer us AND the transportation had already left so we could either sit in the 90 degree weather for 5 hours or we could go on one jetski. After about 15 minutes we were told they did in fact have a second jetski for us which we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $235 dollars (that the description had said we would have). Ultimately, we paid double the price for the service we were expecting. Had the description been accurate, there is no way we would have paid $470 for this experience.
A second grievance is that my husband’s jetski wasn’t working properly. Initially it cut out a few times where he had to restart it leaving him stranded behind the group. Then, towards the end of the trip, it sputtered and he had to limp it in. At no point did either of the two men assisting with the trip help my husband. However, they did yell at him to hurry up.
Last, I thought it was a nice touch for the tour to offer pictures. However, the manner in which they sent us the pictures was over Whatsapp, which wouldn’t have been an issue, except for the fact that they photo dumped over 1,600 photos in a group chat causing my phone to crash multiple times.
I’ve used Viator for many tours and have always enjoyed each tour until now. I’ll be wary to use them in the future.

Pick up time was originally 7am changed the night before to 8.15am, one seat short on mini bus so someone had to sit on a lap, booked tour of 7 islands for 4 hours and saw 5 island for only 2.5 hours. One ski broke down and we had to wait for another which used up our jet ski time. Lunch was awful in plastic containers at the side of the road.. we paid a lot of money for this tour and feel that we should be reimbursed 50 percent

Booked this jet ski tour a few days out and got a confirmation email for the booking. Then just before the tour date, we were notified that our booking is cancelled because there aren’t enough jet skis… we were given the option to either reschedule to a date we could not do or get a refund. So disappointing as we were looking forward to doing this tour and turned down other plans for it, only for it not to go ahead.
If capacity is reached for a certain date, then don’t have it as an option to book online followed by a “confirmation” email then cancel it…

First off, I would like to see the actual trip was fantastic, the sightseeing was awesome. The JetSki rides awesome. The tour guides were great. My biggest complaints were mostly about the logistics. I was picked up at 12 noon and it took an hour and 40 minutes to get to the location, that was a combination of picking up for other parties, and the actual distance, the driver of the van did not speak English and did not offer any water or anything. When we got to the base. They’re only offering was a small bottle of hot water when we were out on the trip for about an hour I asked about water, and they looked at me as if I was crazy. They had a no water to give us which was supposed to be provided and then someone asked about lunch as it was now 3 o’clock and lunch was supposed to be provided and they had no answer. we were providing a small meal around 4:30 PM which was supposed to be lunch. As I said earlier, the actual JetSki tour was great. However, I would’ve liked to have known that I was going to be gone for eight almost 9 hours for my five hour tour.

Love the monkey island and the last island (not remember the name), all other islands is not interesting. Love the fact that we can really control our jet ski. The guide are okay to take a lot of pictures but not explain anything about the islands. Literally a active to ride just ski. The lunch in the beach it is good.

Great trip but not professional tour guide except a plan change and extra charges. Pick up is a hassle not on time at all I had to wait for almost an hour and a half at the hotel lobby even though I paid for a pick up and drop-off. They will pick up other groups with you so you might have to be for a long time in the bus. Location is far away and expect no transportation from the drop off location.

The worst organization I ever seen. First of all, the pick up from the hotel was 1 hour later then it was confirmed in the message. 12:30 instead of 11:40. They never informed about this, and I needed to call them several times to check where is the driver. On the 3rd time the operator just dropped the phone call. Secondly, if you choose 2 adults ticket, don’t expect 2 jet ski. You will learn about it once you arrive to the pier. If you want 2 jet ski you need to buy 2 separate tickets. Another thing, I was forced to buy the waterproof bag for 850 Batt, because their staff first rejected to store my backpack and said that I need to to take all my belongings with me (which is not true as they accepted bags from other ppl). And last thing, if you take 4-hours tour, please expect that you will be asked to wait 1 hour on the island, while other group members who booked 5-hours tour will enjoy other islands. If you say “No”, they will suggest you to take the taxi to your hotel by yourself. Don’t agree with that. Regarding the lunch included in the package- the only selection is fried seafood or chicken rice and water. If you want anything else, you need to pay.

First off, I would like to see the actual trip was fantastic, the sightseeing was awesome. The JetSki rides awesome. The tour guides were great. My biggest complaints were mostly about the logistics. I was picked up at 12 noon and it took an hour and 40 minutes to get to the location, that was a combination of picking up for other parties, and the actual distance, the driver of the van did not speak English and did not offer any water or anything. When we got to the base. They’re only offering was a small bottle of hot water when we were out on the trip for about an hour I asked about water, and they looked at me as if I was crazy. They had a no water to give us which was supposed to be provided and then someone asked about lunch as it was now 3 o’clock and lunch was supposed to be provided and they had no answer. we were providing a small meal around 4:30 PM which was supposed to be lunch. As I said earlier, the actual JetSki tour was great. However, I would’ve liked to have known that I was going to be gone for eight almost 9 hours for my five hour tour.

It was fun experience but the guide was not much informative about the islands we were stopping at and why we were stopping at them and also very minimum information about what’s next and how long we will be riding till we reach the n fr destination.

Love the monkey island and the last island (not remember the name), all other islands is not interesting. Love the fact that we can really control our jet ski. The guide are okay to take a lot of pictures but not explain anything about the islands. Literally a active to ride just ski. The lunch in the beach it is good.

Great trip but not professional tour guide except a plan change and extra charges. Pick up is a hassle not on time at all I had to wait for almost an hour and a half at the hotel lobby even though I paid for a pick up and drop-off. They will pick up other groups with you so you might have to be for a long time in the bus. Location is far away and expect no transportation from the drop off location.

We had a blast. Hands down the most value and amazing experience available for tourists in Phuket. We had a great meal, interacted with monkeys, saw mangrove forests jetting through a channel and took breathtaking photos. Would recommend for anyone who can go!

We are in our 60s and experienced on a JetSki and although no experience on a JetSki is needed the guides didn’t wait for the inexperienced riders. We were quite a distance from the slowest riders. The more experienced riders kept an eye out for the novice riders. The tour guides took lots of great pictures all downloadable for no extra cost! We visited 7 islands. Highly recommend this tour for all ages.

The worst organization I ever seen. First of all, the pick up from the hotel was 1 hour later then it was confirmed in the message. 12:30 instead of 11:40. They never informed about this, and I needed to call them several times to check where is the driver. On the 3rd time the operator just dropped the phone call. Secondly, if you choose 2 adults ticket, don’t expect 2 jet ski. You will learn about it once you arrive to the pier. If you want 2 jet ski you need to buy 2 separate tickets. Another thing, I was forced to buy the waterproof bag for 850 Batt, because their staff first rejected to store my backpack and said that I need to to take all my belongings with me (which is not true as they accepted bags from other ppl). And last thing, if you take 4-hours tour, please expect that you will be asked to wait 1 hour on the island, while other group members who booked 5-hours tour will enjoy other islands. If you say “No”, they will suggest you to take the taxi to your hotel by yourself. Don’t agree with that. Regarding the lunch included in the package- the only selection is fried seafood or chicken rice and water. If you want anything else, you need to pay.
