All our tour guide team members are knowledgeable and responsible.
It will be the perfect if I the trip could include a sunset or sunrise .

Fantastic experience the views of the canyon are spectacular. Having had the recent rain bought the landscape more alive running water and glistening rock surfaces wow!!!! Put it on our must do list. The AAT Kings guides were awesome 😎

We went when the area was experiencing a lot of rain. The guides were very good about ensuring it was safe to go. My husband and son did the rim walk and I did the creek bed walk. We all enjoyed the tour very much. We had a fantastic experience seeing the desert at such an unusual time. The creek was flowing and there were waterfalls. Even the guides were taking photos! It is a long day but well worth it. You get to see a lot of the outback.

I booked this trip because I wanted to see King’s Canyon from Ayer’s Rock Resort without too much hassle. The comfortable and air-conditioned bus picked me up from the door of our hotel around 4am. The bus was almost full but you still had plenty of room. We met our guides and then went back to sleep for the three-hour drive. Woke to a beautiful sunrise and information about the area. Stopped at a cattle station for a fabulous breakfast at the Kings Creek Station. Would have loved to meet someone working at the station. We moved onto the Canyon and decided to do the valley walk. It was too hot for the 500 stairs to the top. The walk was leisurely with the bus driver. We were then dropped off at the Kings Canyon Holiday Park for a swim and lunch while we waited for the rest of the group to finish the climb. I felt this time was wasted and could have done with some sort of cultural experience, such as a ranger talk or possibly an elder. On the way back we stopped to admire Mount Conner and Salt Lake. We arrived back at the hotel in time for dinner. I wouldn’t book any other tours on the day you complete this. It’s a long day! Overall, I found the tour guides knowledgeable and travelling comfortable.

The rim walk was tough, but the views and history were iconic, our guides from AAT , Deb and David, were the best with so many stories, they were patient and fun

Climbing the rock stairs to commence the walk, then the scenery along the way. The knowledge of the tour guide, John was excellent.

The excellent guides and driver. The walk rim was in 40C but we had frequent stops so it was fine. The breakfadt stop was most welcome and compensated for the very early stzrt.

The landscape is unique and beautiful. We were fortunate to have wind blowing along the walk under the scorching sun.

This one day tour was full of contents. It started at 4:30am and finished around 5pm. We did the 6km rim walk, which nearly took 3 hours. Make sure you bring enough water and are physically fit enough for this walk. The most difficult part was the 500+ steps at the beginning, after that it was pretty easy. The entire kings canyon is stunning and there are so many picture moments. If you would like to enjoy this place more and take your own pace for taking photos, this tour may not be your option. Tour guide John, Mike and Will are really nice and entertaining for the whole trip, which makes this more memorable.
VickiAnne_L –
I as very disappointed that you. Oils only do the hard or easy walk. We wanted to do the moderate walk and we’re told no. Tour was to kings canyon and then we had 3 hours to explore but it meant only explore what they chose for us not what we wanted. Felt like it was a wasted day doing this tour was extreme disappointed with it.

This was a epic trip into a wonderful site..the guides were so informative and interactive making the journey though this special place a lifetime experience. Aussie breaky was perfect to start the day off on good footing and gave the needed energy for the steps to the top. The views and the terrain are something to see in person. Many little special spots and things like the ancient jellyfish would have been missed by us without the guides. Same with the salt lakes and ‘fool-a-roo”. During the ride back with a refreshing break for ice cream at Curtin Springs was a real nice touch. Thank You !
We had considered driving ourselves from Yulara as we rented a car—-so glad to have joined the tour!

A bit of an early start but comfortable coach and good breakfast set us up for a fine walk around the Kings Canyon. Good guides enhanced experience. Long distance trip but overall worthwhile.

It is beautiful scenery and tough 6.6kls walk. But we made it! It is worth! The tourist guide is nice.

The care for safety demonstrated by the staff with flexibility was great. We had a super time. Everything ran on time with barely a ruffled ego.
