The Hunter Valley Cael’s Gate Wine and Cheese Experience tour begins with a wine and cheese tasting session where you will get to sample some of the finest wines and cheeses from the region. A dedicated member of the Cael’s Gate team will guide you through the tasting and provide you with fascinating insights into the characteristics and flavors of each wine and cheese. You will also get to learn about the history of the winery and the wine-making process.
After the tasting session, you will have the opportunity to explore the vineyard and take a stroll through the beautiful countryside. You can also purchase your favorite wines and cheeses from the cellar door and take them home as souvenirs.
