A good orientation to Adelaide and the hills, but too long spent in Hahnforf for me. I didn’t find this tourist town appealing and 2.5 hours out of a 8 hour tour was too long. I would liked to have known earlier that a cheese platter was available at the first winery.

This tour was fabulous from beginning to end and is thoroughly recommended. Craig, our tour guide and driver, was very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about his home city of Adelaide. We learnt so much from him. He was fantastic! Continuing our journey from Adelaide, we went into the hills and after stopping for a panoramic view of Adelaide and surrounds from Mt Lofty Summit we were driven to beautiful Hahndorf where we had plenty of time to wander around the shops and eat and drink. Then on to McLaren Vale where we were taken to two vineyards for wonderful wine tastings and the scenery along the way was stunning! Our final stop was the coast, at Glenelg.
