After paying extra for a window seat, they tried to sit us in the middle of the dining area. Apparently, what I had purchased did not show up the same on the voucher I was given when checking in. I showed my voucher on the mobile app and was told that they had to call the office to verify. After waiting for about 15 minutes (standing in the middle of the dining area as others were being seated around us), we finally got seated by a window. We were told that their system did not transfer the correct information to our printed voucher. This made the start of the dinner cruise uncomfortable and stressed.

It was so nice to talk quietly with the family because the people on the cruise were not too noisy and not complicated. The food was pretty good and the wine was fine ~ If you are in line before you enter, if you tell me to sit by the window when you enter
