ATV Quad Bike instructors spoke to our group like we were children. Male instructor wouldn’t help an older ethnic lady do her helmet strap up and instead told her to watch the instruction video. Helmets were passed from previous group straight to new group. Session was 30 mins late starting.
Waited in line for dolphin feeding for 45mins after feeding time had started. Was not given prior notice after paying $500 for the experiences that there isnt limited spots and that over 100 other people could do it also.
Photos are taken and publicly displayed on their website. So if you dont want the world to see your photos heres some notice.
Perhaps some staff training on how to speak to and treat customers like they are human beings.
