You’ll board at Bayside Marketplace, then loop through Biscayne Bay’s residential islands where many high-profile waterfront properties sit.

There’s an optional “hop off” element mentioned: you may be able to disembark in South Beach if you want, but you must reserve a return time
with the captain before getting off—and on the last departure of the day, there may be no later return boat.

Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water.
Once at the water, turn right and head toward the Hard Rock Cafe.
The Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe.
Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive.
