The whole experience is fantastic. We went on the bridge climb in Sydney a couple of years ago, and I’d rate this as being just as good. And yes, that came as a surprise!
What made it great? Our guide was Ollie, and he is just outstanding. He has excellent knowledge of the bridge and of Brisbane. I’m sure he’ll be successful in whatever he chooses to pursue in the future.

Disappointing that no certificate is given at the completion of the climb.
Advertised that a group photo is included, however no hard copy is provided, just an email link. These points are not mentioned in the advertising for the event.

This was the first time I was ever breathalized. So if you’re going, they are serious about no alcohol prior to the climb. You can take nothing with you… Including watches, phone, camera. They take pictures for you. For the most part the pictures were nice but they also charge for them. If you aren’t going to allow the participants to take photos, we shouldn’t be charged for them. But that’s just my thought.
Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This was a very good experience for our height fearing teen and mother. Both had success and are a bit braver after. They really do a breathalyzer and metal detector before you go which seemed a bit excessive, but makes sense as I can see that they wouldn’t want you dropping stuff (or yourself) on cars below. You can wear your own sunglasses, but ball cap and jumpsuit are provided. The picture package is decently priced.

We loved this experience and is a great way to get a fantastic view of Brisbane! Our climb we booked for the night climb option and wow what a view! Watching the sun go down over the city whilst you’re high up on the bridge was amazing. The tour guide was really knowledgeable. It was just a shame you couldnt bring your phone or camera up to take pictures but understandable as if you were to drop it you would cause harm to people and cars below crossing the bridge.

What a great experience! The check-in process was easy and Brody immediately made our group feel comfortable. For a couple in our group who wondered how strenuous the climb might be, Brody immediately put their minds at ease.
The climb is not that difficult and there are regular stops along the way to allow for plenty of rest.
We had a gorgeous sunset and heard interesting facts as we spent time atop the Story Bridge. The others in our group were fun as well.
We would definitely recommend the Story Bridge Climb. The views of downtown Brisbane are unmatched. Be sure and ask for Brody!

I booked the 5pm climb, it was absolutely stunning seeing the city lights and boats on and around the water. The guide offer a bit of history and take group photos and they also take photos of the view so you can purchase them for $29. Although I was happy go have photos from the night I just wish they quality was alot better and maybe a video view from the session as other activities around the city offer. Overall I was happy to be in the group staff were friendly and made it comfortable.
You only get to walk half of the actual bridge, (you cross the road onto of the bridge and return there is no safety cable the full length) And that was pretty disappointing. For the price of the tickets and additional photos it cost me just under $200

Great view from the top. 9am was a lovely time, nice sunny clear day to see all the city and beyond. Easy climb/ little puffed on scaffold but instructor was lovely and did lots of stops to help the group. Only downfall I could think of it i would have loved some more informational history talks and knowledge of Brisbane.

Cons : Had to climb 1,088 steps just to get to the beginning part of the bridge walk. This
should have been included in the description of what to expect.
The tour guide’s English was hard to understand so we missed out on the bridge’s
history.
The tour guide’s photography skills were poor and we had to pay for an entire set of
pictures he took of which 2 were semi-usable.
