Fantastic, everything was perfect 😉 the Crew were amazing, they really love their job, and their entusiasme was remarkabel, the flight was awesome, and afterwards when we helped with packing Down the balloon was funny and a good (and dirty) experience 😉 after that we had a “party” with the Crew with champagne and snacks. I Can highly recommend this trip. We where on the 60 min flight.

The Australians are just well organized. We booked about 20 excursions through the travel agent and all of them were very well organized. The crew was in a very good mood and really, really nice. Here, too, great importance is attached to security. Please help load the balloon after landing. It’s not an obligation, but it is quite a dusty affair, and that also applies to the landing. We had booked a trip for an hour, after half an hour the balloon landed again. The guide apologized to us for this and wanted to clarify this with the travel agent and calculate the money back. (The reason was that the other participants only booked half an hour.) We then contacted the travel agent 5 days later. They responded promptly and the money was charged back to us. All very fair. Even though we would have liked to drive an hour.

I never gave the experience a thought until I was in the wicker basket with my husband and only daughter, then I realised what I had done!!!
But the crew are amazing and they are pilots so they really know what they are doing. The noise from the gas coming on and off was probably the most stressful part. The history about hotair ballooning reassuring and champagne at the end settling.
It was peaceful and tranquil.
An opportunity not to be missed. No reqrets. Excellent value for the price when you think about the costs involved.
