Great trip all round. Great guide and fantastic driver. Got bogged for 30 minutes so funny getting us out.

It was an awesome day getting away from the coast and driving through the villages.
Then doing the formal kava offering to ask the chefs permission to enter the caves.
Such a rich history to the cave I don’t want to spoil it for anyone.you have to go to learn more about the history of the cave.

Overall, it was a good experience. The cave and village experiences were fun and engaging. Tia Maria and Spongebob were very helpful and friendly. However, although this excursion is advertised as a half-day trip, it’s really more of a full-day trip, especially if you are staying in Nadi. Also, the company should warn clients to wear water shoes or durable sandals because there might be standing water in the cave. A little too rocky to be barefoot unless very comfortable in those conditions. Besides that, it’s an experience not be be missed.

Sudan and sponge Bob were amazing!
Great tour and an opportunity to see and hear history of the real Fiji.
I tam sure Viator pays their wonderful staff more than $3 an hour.
If other tourists are reading pls tip the staff for there efforts.
This was the best tour and most informative we have done so far.

I would go back to Fiji in a heartbeat! What a lovely country. I loved this tour, our tour guides were great and very funny, which made the tour even more special. Not recommended if you don’t want to get “muddy” 😅 I will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing time and for teaching me so much about your culture.

So much history on this tour and an unforgettable experience. Our guide Tia was full of knowledge, and driver Moses was amazingly skilled at navigating the road. The caves themselves are a once in a lifetime experience that we never would have been able to do on our own. Being foreign born Fijians ourselves, it was an experience that could not be beaten and we learnt so much more about our native history. The lunch was yummy and the pineapples sweet. If you are looking for adventure with the real fijian way of life (not the touristy kind) definitely recommend this tour. Do also take some form of water shoes. Big Vina du to my tau’s on the Naihehe Cave tour 😉

This was a really enjoyable tour. It included a short ride on the water, a visit to a Fijian village, participation in a traditional Kava ceremony, and a tour of the caves. Our guide, Saddam, was awesome! He provided a lot of rich information about Fijian life all along the way in an interesting and humorous manner. I would highly recommend this tour. The one tip that was not listed in Viator at the time of my booking was to bring shoes that you don’t mind getting wet since you will likely wade through water above your knees.

Overall a really nice culturally sensitive tour of a really cool cave. Our guide Tia was super knowledgable about the local customs and culture. I loved learning about the kava ceremony (and even tasting the kava) at the priest’s house. I do wish we had more time for lunch though; I had to bring food with me on the bumpy ride back because I was still hungry. The listing also doesn’t say you should bring water shoes but that would definitely be helpful (or at least something you can get wet in and not slip around) because the water can get up to your thighs in some places.
Another super wonderful thing about the company behind this tour was that I missed my pick up the day before but they were able to switch me to the following day free of charge! I would definitely book with them again next time I’m in Fiji.

Great 4 wheel drive, interesting cave, lots of cultural history, wonderful staff and guides. Great to visit local village, remote mountainous area and experience local people and culture.

Tia and Ace were awesome. The off roading was fun as well as going inside the cave. Visiting the village and eating lunch with them was also a great experience. Highly recommend.
