What a terrible experience, driver arrived late,then took us to the wrong location,had to pay for zoo entry,no guide until near end of tour so had to find one’s own way,most unorganised and terrible tour I have ever experienced. Do not use 1 asia for tours

I had to call the organisation to confirm my pickup for the following day as they had not contacted me. Good thing I did as they did not have me on their pickup list. Once dropped at the destination I had to argue with the driver for my entrance ticket which had not been provided to myself or the other passengers. The safari was in the dark with no spotlights to light up the night animals and the vehicle moved to quickly you didn’t have an opportunity to even attempt to find the animals in the dark. We saw almost no animals. Hardly had time to look through the aquarium as the tour started to late. Very disappointing. Could have spent $50 to go into the zoo myself and would have had a better experience.
