our driver was wonderful- very knowledgeable and patient- we had 3 attractions and some shopping- burj khalifa, the flower garden and the illusion museum. in between we had 2 visits in mall of the emirates and deira mall. we got extra care and this is so much better than taking taxis all around the city. the price was also very good (we took the standard and that was perfect.

We booked our Standard Half-Day (5 hours) Private Car with Driver in Dubai with the expectation of only making 2 stops during the time period allotted (Gold Souk in the Old City of Dubai, and The Frame of Dubai). By the end of the 5 hours, we had experienced everything we wanted, and then some. Let me started off by saying that our driver, Jayesh, was absolutely THE BEST!!! He arrived early, very professional, clean vehicle, and ready for the day. He explained so much about Dubai, it’s history, and the history of the places we wanted to go. Not only did we go to the places mentioned, Jayesh took us to some hidden treasures of Dubai. At the end of our 5 hours, we were upset that we didn’t booked for 10 hours. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this service, and definitely and for Jayesh.

I was visiting Dubai for a 4 days family trip. We ran some errands around the city and toured Abu Dahbi and Dubai. The host/driver, Jay(we agreed to this short name as I totally butchered his actual name), was courteous, professional, online, personable and well-composed the whole time. He suggested different routes and visit points. He also was flexible with duration (of course with some reasonable additional overtime fees) and schedule.
He made sure the SUV was clean and well cooled the whole time. Chilled bottled water was stocked all the time. Highly recommend this service for those who does not like being herd around in a group tour like family and myself.

Highly recommend! We saw everything we wanted to see inside of 8 hours at a pace that was perfect for us. We loved the flexibility we had with just the 2 of us, rather than a tour that we had to spend the time allocated based on others. We spend 5 minutes in some places just for a photo op and an hour at others. He made sure we knew where we were going and where we would meet when separated for any amount of time. While our driver let us know that he was not a “Tour Guide” he sure should be! The best we had in 19 days of shore excursions from our cruise. Very kind, knowledgeable, respectful and thoughtful in his approach, regularly asking if there was anything we needed for our comfort. He picked us up promptly from the cruise terminal in a large luxury vehicle with plenty of water and space for all of our luggage. We only had 12 hours before our flight and feel like we saw everything and more, while learning a lot of history and immersed in culture at the spice souk. Our luggage and belongings were well taken care of and we got delivered right to our airline.

Honestly I am so glad I booked this car service . We were looking for an option to build our own itinerary for the day , and booking this car service was an excellent choice . Our driver was very punctual , attentive and extremely professional . We gave him a list of places we wanted to explore for the day . At every destination our driver always knew were we were and also never rushed us . Our driver even was able to take us to a cheaper currency foreign exchange rate office to change our currency which I appreciated . This was a great service , when I return to dubai I will be booking them again .
