My family and I (parents and grandparents) took this tour to Batu Caves and Genting Highlands! Exceptional guide, tour, and sites to see. Our tour guide was McPaul. He was incredibly informative and engaging. We got a great mix of history, culture, insta-worthy sights as well. The drive was also very smooth. The stop at Genting Highlands felt a little too long, but there’s a ton to do (temple site is a must-see, Outlet shopping, rides, etc.)

Tour guide made the right choice of letting us enjoy Genting as our 1st stop rather than Batu Caves. Both guide & driver were very professional, polite & warm. However, kids felt that time was too rushing as they’re unable to enjoy most of the rides esp when the indoor ones only starts at 1400hrs. We were to meet the group at 1515hrs.
Moving forward, maybe pick up could start even earlier or have smaller groups?
Indeed it was a great experience though. Thank u Ivy tour

The Batu Caves are very impressive, but we were shocked at how much garbage there is in such a holy city. Makes you really flabbergasted because Kuala Lumpur itself looks pretty tidy. You can actually save yourself the Genting Highlands. I don’t know if we had wrong expectations, but it’s a huge mall and amusement park at the top, but zero attention is paid to the nature or the view. In the middle is another temple complex, very nicely done. Then an outlet below. It’s a weird mix in this place. Otherwise everything was in great condition, well organized and the guide we had for the day was very pleasant and super nice.
