This experience wasn’t the way I was expecting it to be. I was picked up late from hotel although I was ready on time, then we was driven to another hotel to pick more people for the tour up. Once everyone was collected, the tour guide Ertugal about 15 min in described what we was going to do for the day. To be honest he didn’t seem like he was interested in this tour. The Duden waterfall was on the list when booked but he said we wasn’t going to do this and the tour company selected another waterfall to go see. There was no guide on what each part had a significant to as he was always on his phone which is not professional as a tour guide. We was taken to a silver factory which was really not necessary in the tour. On a positive the cable car was great you can see a lot and the views at the top were nice and also the boat trip was also great. There was positives for the tour but I think the negatives overweigh them. I believe that someone can do this by themselves if they hired a car for the day.

Poorly executed. Group of 16 and several were in belek. Tour started about 1.5 hours late. I was told I’d be picked up near Hadrian’s gate at 9:25am and the van arrived at 10am. Tour started around 10:30am and ended at 8:45pm. Those in belek for dropped off at 10pm. Perhaps they should split the belek location for a separate group. Or have them be smaller. The guide did call me (lucky I had reception) and say they were late otherwise I would had leftYou do see a lot. but because of the large group and requires stops to silver and leather store which is not mentioned in the itinerary, it was 2 hours longer than planned. By the one we got to the old town the sunset and half of the group left. It was too bad we was late because the boat ride was in the dark and the view would had been nice if we weren’t late or spent so much time at the shops. The guide was very nice spoke good English and explained she wasn’t allowed to “rush” us during shopping. If the shopping is mandatory maybe set a maximum time like 20 min. Skip the shops and it be closer to 4-5 stars

Very DECIETFUL company. I clearly looked at all the stops listed in their description of the tour.
It sounded great – a lot of neat things: a cable car to the mountain top, waterfalls, Old Town visit, boat ride on the Mediteranean.
What they DO NOT TELL YOU is they will make 2 shopping stops!! One to a Silver factory for 45 min and the other at a Leather factory for almost 1 hour.
So this is how it all started:
They were 20 minutes late picking us up
It took 1.5 hours to pickup everyone – until 11 am
The bus was so tight. I’m 5’5” and my legs hit the seat in front of me (people were getting sick and chlostrophobic from how tight it was)
The guide spoke English VERY poorly
The quide left a person behind after one of the stops
Then because they wasted 2 HOURS on shopping, the guide said we were running late and wanted to cut out the waterfalls. WHAT? Did I not book a “City Tour” and not a “Shopping Tour?
Then we were supposed to visit the Old Town, but again we were running late so all she said was “the Old Town is behind that wall” and we moved on never going to it.
The best was by the time we got to the boat dock it was 7 pm and getting dark out.
Yes, we went out on the boat IN THE DARK and saw nothing of the Med Sea!!!
TERRIBLE AND DECEITFUL COMPANY

Cable car, falls, and boat ride were great. Lunch was at a traditional Turkish restaurant and tasty. However, add over an hour at beginning and end to pickup and drop off passengers, plus UNADVERTISED stops of over an hour and a half each at a silver shop and a leather shop made this a grueling 11-hour day and caused boat ride to be in the dark. Tour guide was nice but spoke very broken English and provided very little info about the city of Antalya. Overall, this was not on par with other Viator excursions I’ve taken.

I wouldn’t recommend. Guide could be more keen on explaining things. And it was a bit messy with stuffs that were not on the description.

Overall good experience although it turned out to be a long day (11 hours instead of 9) I would recommend the day is split up better so it’s not so long and that you can have free time in the old town as this was beautiful. Very odd stops at silver factory and leather land- these should definitely be removed although I believe the tour company is paid to take you. The restaurant they take you too, had very good food.
It would have been so much better by having half a day in the old town to get lunch or tea and either cable cars or Duden waterfalls not all three together.

This was the worse trip we ever booked.
1. I had to reach out to the company the afternoon before the trip to find out we are being picked up at 8!! Not at 9 (like the description says)- to mention we are travelling with our 2 year old daughter. The explanation was that sunset is earlier (which is ok, if they reach out to us to let us know).
2. At 8.45 the guide comes and we drive 30’ more to pickup a couple in the other direction. She says we are close to the cable car (which opens at 10) so we can wait there. All good but she didn’t say let’s stay in the cue, she made us go (with stroller etc) all the way to the beach -not even waiting for all -because maybe after 1.5-2h of driving to all hotels you need to go to the toilet-. When we came back, there was a huge cue for the cable car- so we baerly had 20’ up there- she didn’t even come up to show us stuff. Overall she didn’t give us any historical informations. I had to keep my daughter on my lap all the day, sweating both me and her. I think for safety reasons -nevertheless comfort- the kids should stay on a seat- even if they are 2-3-4 years old. We were so late that we had lunch at 15.00 (luckly no leather shop, just silver for 1h). The lunch was good. There was no place for the buggy so the driver sqashed it in a back little place so that my buggy now has scratches everywhere- wonder who pays for that. The old town was a rushing through a streat to get to the harbor- she said there are stairs (10 maybe) so we shouldn t take the stroller- luckly we did otherwise one of us would have had to carry our daughter as the guide for surely doesen’t like kids and at the speed she had we barely made it. On the poor times she did told us something she was also smoking which i find horrible and unrespectful, beside that she was smoking next to my little girl. We decided to end the trip before the boat as it was already 6 and we wanted to have dinner not go in the dark on a boat. We arrived (with taxi) at 8 in the hotel, my guess is that the others maybe arrived at 9-10 in the night. Do something else with your money..

This tour was absolutely rubbish. The tour guide, Zuzu, gave us very minimal information about the city during the tour. She left us at every stage to go and smoke cigarettes. Forced us to go to the leather factory and silver shop and forced us to spend money. They tried to scam us into paying 100s of Euros and got really aggressive when we refused to buy anything. We didn’t get to see much of Antalya. Just 2 waterfalls which we could’ve gone to see on our own for free. The food was nice but would have cost us maximum £2. We have paid overall £30 but when you calculate, the tour is absolutely NOT worth it. Do not waste money on this and please just explore the city on your own for free. Also she kept talking during the bus ride about the Russian and Ukrainian immigrants in a negative way and how they were taking over jobs from the Turkish citizens. Absolutely racist and not a good tour guide. On the plus side, the driver Ali was absolutely amazing, was so nice and helpful.

It’s great to get a broad view and knowledge of Antalya. Definitely do it. The passage through Kaleici is too short so plan to do that another time. The stores are fabulous, leather and fine jewelry, yet unless you are a quick shopper and something grabs you, no time to shop. You can always go back. The guide was good. Very clear and fun. They also give you time to relax and explore on your own, that is nice.

Excellent guide very professional very careful about us, very knowledgeable and we received from her (Susu) a lot of tips that made easy our days here.

Enjoyed this trip yesterday. Our guide Zuzu was amazing. I can honestly say that this is the best value trip we have ever been on. We were collected from our hotel in Belek (20miles away). First we went to the cable car which has fantastic views over Antalya. Then in to the upper Duden waterfalls which are spectacular.
From there we went to a local restaurant for lunch which was delicious with a choice of meat balls or chicken kebab. Then we were taken to a market selling silver and leather ware. Then in to the lower Duden waterfalls which again were beautiful. Then down to the old town for a 45 minute boat trip and tour around the old town and talks on the history and architecture. All this for £32 per person. Amazing!

I really enjoyed every single minute in this trip from the site we have visited, the nice group we had met and our sweet guide Zozo and the lovely driver Mustafa. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

An absolutely wonderful and informative tour! You get adventure and knowledge all wrapped up in one with this worthwhile tour. It is also very reasonable and worth the money! Thank you to the guides.

It’s more like stop, take photos, be pushed for buying stuff and then move on. The tour guide didnt stick to the times. 20 minute boat ride turned into an hour, 45 min cable car was nearly 1.5 hours.
Furthermore, the tour guide didn’t give us much history or information. Nothing more than what we could Google ourselves.
Our whole group (12 people – mixed) were tired after lunch and we told the guide to end the tour as it was getting too late.

Our tour guide was amazing❤️❤️ he was damn sweet and took care of each and EVERY ONE of us!! Loved every bit of this trip😊 perfectly planned and executed. Not very hectic, and covers everything that Antalya has to offer!! 😊🫶🏻 I can go on and on… it was THE BEST!!

The departure time was at 8:00 but the shuttle came at 9:40. Visiting Duden waterfall and lunch was fine but boat trip was not interesting and trip inside old city was too short. They also skip the tour to cable car.

There were only 2 other tourists, myself and the tour guide (Reza) on the tour so, no waiting for other people. Our guide was so relaxed and friendly, nothing was a problem, or too much trouble for him. Exceptional value, recommend.
