A great way to view Darwin from a different perspective, and a lovely way to spend a hot afternoon.
The boat only holds a small number of people, and is very comfortable, shady and rides smoothly.
Our guide was really well informed and obviously passionate about the city…we were shown all sorts of interesting things from naval docks to new apartments built on reclaimed mangroves.
It was the only harbour cruise I found that didn’t just show you the sunset-really informative, fun and highly recommended.
Nice too that it’s a family business :

Excellent views of Darwin harbour and a lot of knowledge on the defence of borders , natural resources , and Second World War. Definetly recommend

Family run business – very personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. I really rated the copious cups of icy cold water that were free of charge. Soft drink, cider and beer (served icy cold also) were very reasonably priced and readily available. Felt very comfortable and safe throughout the journey. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed this. Excellent value. Great staff and comentry. Perhaps boat layout does make it difficult for some viewing though.

Super bådtur.Spændende at se Darwin fra vandsiden og sjovt at få lov til at komme af på den store sandbanke i vandet. Flinke turguider.

This cruise was a great way to see another part of Darwin & to see the city from a different perspective. The guys give a great amount of information about Darwin’s history particularly involving the harbour. I wished I’d had the time to do their WW11 cruise as I’m sure it would’ve been different and really interesting too. Thanks guys for a great time on the harbour.

We were very disappointed with the cruise. The 2 gentlemen who took the cruise were very good but it was so boring. Looking at mangrove trees a ship through a TV screen and looking at Parliament House. The best part was getting off the boat onto the sandbank. That was the only picture I took. The tiniest piece of mango with chocolate. I am very sorry to say this but for $90 it was not worth it.
