The wet market tour was interesting,
We didn’t and haven’t received the recipes for what we cooked. I would have thought they would be handed out in the class.
There was no refreshments til our lunch, there could have been water offers during the 3hrs.
Colin was very informative and a great demonstrator

My daughter and I learned a lot from Chef Colin Goh during the market tour. The cooking class however needs to improve: (1) Provide Recipe; (2) Take into consideration the guests’ preferences like I’m allergic to seafoods and I want to cook Hainanese Chicken Rice – that I wrote or informed the operator beforehand, and yet on the menu that day was Prawns; (3) Chef Colin was not able to give enough assistance or directions that most of what we did turned out not good. I took a lot of cooking classes around the world and most through Viator and it is the 1st time that I was disappointed with the finished products. That this happened in Singapore was a surprise. I thought everything in this country was amazing.
