It was a shame that the martket portion of the class was cancelled due to covid, but the staff were friendly, fun and knowledgeable and the dishes made for a great lunch!
Keaton_H –
Awesome class. Made the best food I’ve ever cooked in my life here. The teacher was great and made things easy to follow.

i m not new to thai cooking but i learnt many techniques from the chef in particular to preparing the ingredients. i learnt about planning and cutting, too. love the way how the chef upheld her expertise in a bubbly way. she was attentive to everyone and always explain clearly whenever there is a queries. i strongly recommend others to squeeze a half day out for this memorable event.

Our ‘chef’ first took us to the markets to purchase the necessary ingredients for the cooking class. He explained all the different vegetables and spices needed for the food we were to cook. Back at the school, we cut and prepared the necessary ingredients for the dishes, then got to cook them ourselves and eat it. A four course lunch. Learnt the secret of Thai cooking. Lots of fun and laughs.

I was skeptical at first if I would enjoy this, but I’m so glad my wife scheduled this experience! What a great, fun way to learn more about Thai culture and cuisine. The instructor was fantastic and the food quality was impeccable. We can’t wait to use our new found skills (and recipes!) at home!

The food tasted so good. I would recommend this class to all family and friends. The Chef was outgoing and did a very nice job explaining each dish and how to prepare!!! I left the class feeling stuffed haha 🙂

The place is a bit difficult to find, I got lost! So I missed the market tour but was on time for the start of the class. It was very much enjoyable, the food we made were soooo good! My favorite was the peanut curry. The best! Would highly recommend this experience!

They waited for us despite us being a few min late. The group was small but great. The Chef was an experienced chef with alot of knowledge and explained alot avoutthe good and the processes. We really enjoyed and are now inspired to cook more Thai good at home.

My family loved this cooking experience!!! We’ve taken a few cooking classes but this one has been my favorite. My son is 8 and loves cooking and they were very patient with him but also let him do everything on his own which he enjoyed very much. Although other places also have maybe more dish options it also tends to feel chaotic and unorganized this one felt very organized. They had a nice menu of staples and the chef did amazing actually going over ingredients and explaining the recipe. It’s a whole different vibe and you can tell our chef is professional on his teaching skills alone. Oh yeah the food was delicious as well!! Definitely recommend!

Synergism of experience. Prepared and executed well. Fantastic food.
I did not get recipes from 1/14 1pm class and would appreciate them being sent to [email protected]
Also would recommend option for hotel pick up since most do not know the city

This was an awesome class and experience. Chef was knowledgeable and shared lots of tips and information, We started the day at the market, then cooked a 4 course meal, it was delicious! 10 out of 10 recommend.

We did the afternoon class. We cooked a pad thai, lemongrass salad, green curry and mango sticky rice. The class was good and informative. As we did the afternoon class, we didn’t go to the markets. A few of us expected to be going to the markets so this was disappointing, should have been explained in the class details. Some of the preparation and cooking is done for you, but the process is explained. We started late to wait for others and finished early. Also, a nice print out of the recipes would have been a nice touch and keepsake rather than being referred to the website for the recipes.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed the Thai cooking class. It was one of the “very best” tours I have ever had.

Such a great experience from going to the market and learning about the ingredients we would be using to doing the prep, to cooking and eating. Mae was awesome- very sweet, patient and food turned out delicious! Recipes were made available after which was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

I joined the afternoon class to learn something about Thai cooking, enjoy some delicious food, possibly meet a few cool people and generally just have a fun time- and, oh boy did that class deliver! Oum was the perfect teacher and host, giving us background infos regarding the ingredients and making sure everyone in the group felt included and had fun. The dishes were delishes and the Crew in the background worked very efficiently to clean up our messes after every dish. Khop Kun Kha to everyone. I had a wonderful afternoon. Would definitely recommend this cooking class!

Good guide, lots of laughs but very much a beginner class. No in-depth information on the cuisine and cooking styles of Thailand.
Paul_H –
May was a great teacher showing us how to make the famous Thai dishes. And she has a great personality. Great experience overall.
Andy_J –
Outstanding class. The chef assigned to me was very helpful and she explained every ingredients used in the preparation. I had fill of my own food (wow I can actually cook 😋)

This part of my trip was hands down the best part! We made Tom-Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Green Curry and Mango Sticky Rice. Make sure you come on an empty stomach because you will be constantly eating! The chef was so entertaining and made sure everyone was included. Class is very informative on the different ingredients, teaching us tricks and tips on how to handle each ingredient. Food tasted great too!

A really cool experience if you want to know more about specific ingredients and recipes in Thailand. We cooked Pad Thai with prawns, Minced chicken salad, Green curry from scratch, and coconut rice with mango. May is a great host and teacher with bags of personality. Each segment of the class was very organised and laid out perfectly on time. Not much waiting around and quite fast-paced. Still good enough for beginners but don’t be afraid to ask questions, May is thorough with her explanations. We walked out with a belly food of food which is always a plus. The only downside is that we didn’t go to the market as advertised. May explained normally the morning classes have the advantage of market shopping but the afternoon and evening classes don’t go because the markets are prepping for restaurants and other businesses. That’s fair but it’d be good to set the expectations from the start.

This was an amazing experience. It exceeded our expectations. Our chef was very knowledgeable and fun! Food was delicious and there was quite a variety.
Marcina_M –
It’s was an incredibly fun evening learning about traditional Thai recipes and understanding and smelling the authentic ingredients. It put into perspective all the curries I have been eating but had no idea what it was made of. May was delightful and absolutely informative with her knowledge of the foods and her English is fantastic
