Viewing the stunning homes and watching the sun set over the city was memorable. We saw pelicans and many other bird life on the journey. It was great to have ongoing commentary to share the history of buildings and surrounds.

Despite being a rainy night on the water, we had fun looking at the skyline, canal homes, and boats all while going under the bridges around Surfers Paradise/Broadbeach. The recorded information and tidbits from the captain gave us a bunch of interesting facts about the area. Great way to get out of the busy walking areas and see this area from the water-even in the rain!

The cruise was super fun. Definitely worth going for. The staff was very nice and helpful. The commentary was on point. Pro tip – The wind on the cruise is really something so if you are one who feels chilly easily bring something to cover up.

The cruise was sold as a sunset cruise which I booked for this reason on Valentine’s Day! On the day a Terrible storm came through with very bad weather, I contacted the boat to ask if this would be cancelled as the weather was so bad and there was not going to be a sunset, they advised me it was still scheduled to go ahead, and I would still be charged if I didn’t arrive, being Valentine’s Day it was not something myself or my partner wanted to experience being wet. They would not take any of this into consideration, I know cancellations would not be refundable when I booked but this was due to potential dangerous weather and also the selling point being a sunset cruise there was not a sun set, over all the customer service was Terrible and would never use this company again. I will be leaving further bad reviews on other apps, google, trip advisor etc.
