We used the pass for the Thames River Cruise and entry to the Tower of London. It was so good. Both of thee are well worth seeing.

This was the best thing I purchased for our trip to London. It made a huge difference for us in the amount of attractions we could go see. It would have costed us upwards of double the price just in ticket costs if we did not have the city pass. Make sure you start early in the day, plan the attractions you’d like to see by area, and check what time attractions are open.

  3. Victor_M

Best experience ever. All the important buildings and turist attractions are included. For a citybreak the 3 days pass was enough

  4. THOMAS_H

We traveled with friends & family who were first-time visitors to London. Skipped the lines with hassle-free entry. Would recommend using this, particularly for first time visitors.

I paid for my pass and was not able to use it because the barcode never downloaded. Evertime I showed it to a representative of the bus, it said there was an error, but me credit card was charged.

  6. Erin_H

The QR code is showing up as invalid and I have to purchase tickets everywhere I go. This was completely pointless and a waste of money.

The London Pass for two days was so worth it. We did The Shard, Tower of London, Sherlock Holmes escape room, Thames river cruise, Westminster Abbey and Hop on Hop off red bus. Were so tired after fitting all that in for two days would like to have added a third day to do more. Definitely worth the price.

I purchased a 3 day Hop On Hop Off and London Pass never having been to London before. I ended up using just 1 day. So the rest was wasted. Now I know better! Great for exploring a new place!

  9. Roland_W

The pass did not download correctly to my Apple Wallet so we had to purchase additional tickets at the attractions that were supposed to be included

Unfortunately the tour bus wouldn’t allow us on due to picking up the wrong map from the hotel. Claimed we were already registered with a different tour company. Only attraction we managed to use this on was the Natural History Museum which was free anyway. This pass didn’t cover the entry to the new display and not able to pay due to sold out. £299 for a family to gain access to a free museum was extortionate.

Easy to use wish seats had a little more leg room. Wish the sound system could be louder. Green line goes farther out than the others but wish it came more often. App is super simple to use

Unable to use anything except hop on and tower bridge. For Westminster Abbey they did not let in but those buying tickets directly from them “ no London pass”. For Uber boat we ended up buying with another company because the line for city pass was taking more than one hour. For Windsor Castle you are allowed only after 1 pm. I BELIVE considering the lines you need to wait in is better to book directly to the attraction you’re interested in.

QR code did not work on double decker bus or at Tour of London. Nightmare dealing in wind and rain. Many phone calls still not solved

The walking tour guide. Great day. Tour guide was fantastic . Thank you … great value . Amazing knowledge

Cannot make any reservations!!! Unbelievable they are still selling this thing. This is a scam. Do not buy it.

I guess I expected too much. The constant stopping took forever to get us to the attractions that we wanted to get off at so we ended up getting off and just walking to the places we wanted to be. Also I guess I expected a little more out of the audio during the tour. Most of the audio was music filler and I didn’t get too much city information out of the audio. Like I said I must have expected too much out of the tour. So I gave it an average which was generous. I also got tired of the lady on the audio that all she was interested in was Hugh Grant. I guess that was also filler in the audio.

I use the London pass on Tuesday in May. However only to find that the Buckingham Palace is open on July, Further, the Postal Museum and Charles Dickens Museum are also closed on Tuesday! We have no alternative but to change the plan. Ultimately we visited 4 paid attractions with uber boat to cover the cost.

Only the memories of frustration and one out of two days in London were wasted.
DO NOT buy the London Pass from Viator; maybe don’t even buy it at all. I purchased 2 two-day passes and received only one pass. I followed all of the instructions multiple times, and after being turned away for a second time, I attempted to contact Viator and the tour operator. (The tour guides attempted to help me even going back to my email confirmation.) I then called, emailed, texted, and used their Whatsapp chat option for both companies. Eventually, I had to change gears and head to a third attraction before it closed/stopped allowing people in. Sadly, this happened after wasting $22 on a cab ride to the attraction. It wasn’t until much later I realized Viator responded 10 minutes later. I know it sounds terrible that I couldn’t wait 10 minutes for a second response, even though the first response (from the first AI bot) came immediately. Still, I had to make a choice to visit another attraction for the day or wait around for a response after I was already turned away and had the lines closed prior to the actual time I had to text. I had already wasted two attempts at using my tickets and wanted to go to at least one attraction for the day. If Viator or the tour operator doesn’t respond or provide you with someone to talk to immediately, it leaves you with no choice other than to move on and try to get at least one tour in for the day. I hope the other three days of passes from Viator that I have in Paris work.

We try to view London shard. It tells us to book. We check available day is after we left England. It also happens to other scenes. We only use to visit Tower of London and Uber boat. Actually Uber ride is more convenient. It is not worthy to purchase london pass.

In theory the london pass makes a lot of sense. However it didn’t play out that way for us. It was hard to figure out who took the pass and it didn’t work most of the time. The uber boat did work but it is strictly a taxi with poor views & announcements and NOT a river cruise.
