Amazing it was well worth the visit. Very informative.
I think there should be mote seats around the exhibition for oldies to take a break.

  2. Kevin_R

Visitor Centre visual representation of the wreck of the Titanic on the ocean floor and real exhibits from the ship and passengers.

  3. Anand_D

It was like a slow burn movie and in the climax it moves you emotionally. One of its kind museum. Definitely worth a visit

You have to register a time to visit, they limit the number of visitors at each time slot. The Viator ticket does not allow you to request a time. You can book your ticket directly on titanic website or take a chance and hope there is space when you arrive. I had no problem in May. No waiting. Excellent exhibit!

Brilliant experience. Very moving and thought provoking.
My daughter had wanted to visit the experience for many years and we booked a few days in Belfast as a birthday treat. Very very sad to read the stories and see the names but an experience not to be missed

Impressive and interesting visit but not child friendly. If I’d taken my grandchildren they would have quickly been bored as there was little that was interactive for them. Very well illustrated and informative, thought there could have been more seating areas as we spent 3 hours there and could have spent longer if we could have rested occasionally. Thought moving little ‘cars’ was a novel idea but lacked any real impact. Also cafe only at ground floor. Staff were very willing to chat about exhibition and were enthusiastic and helpful.

Had a fantastic day today, managed to fit in so many sights! Our driver was amazing and showed us everything in the time we had. Definitely will book again!

The Titanic experience had to be done but was disappointing. The ‘ride’ I had been told about by others and they said was the best bit was not working and there was no possibility of part refunds. You either paid the full price or didnt go! So started on a negative. There was nothing really noteable about the experience. I dont understand why the original pump house and dry dock were not part of the experience having visited before there was the building.

Way too many people made it very difficult to absorb all of the information. To experience this exhibit properly would require at least four hours and way less people. . . I would say less than half as many people they let in during the time we were there.

The Museum is well organized, capturing every aspect of The Titanic, from its inception, planning, building, launching, and its tragic voyage. The museum commemorates human ingenuity and memorial the lives lost.

  13. RuthAnn_M

This was a wonderful exhibit of the experiences of those involved in making and sailing with the Titanic. It was so informative and interesting.

  14. Phil_J

The whole experience was terrific. Particularly poignant were the life jacket belonging to a survivor, the violin belonging to the orchestra member and the wall of names. The historical setting really added an understanding of the times and brought a reality to the unfolding tragedy.

  15. Paul_P

A well known story, but this experience and presentation was both informative and interesting with greater context than just the tragic story

  16. Daniel_m

Nice museum great experience fantastic videos and explanation to must see. Good fit all children or adults

  17. Dave_A

Amazing overall experience. Very well done with knowledgeable staff who were keen to help. I didn’t expect to be so moved as you progressed through the section following the sinking.

We booked our tickets on-line and were allocated a time when we arrived mid morning, giving us just enough time to enjoy a lovely coffee before we began. We spent about two hours experiencing a truly wonderful, informative exhibition detailing Belfast’s past industries and the major role that shipbuilding played in the City, as well as the tragic story of the sinking of the Titanic. The shipyard ride is particularly good and not to be missed. We rounded off our time partaking of a very tasty Irish Stew in the restaurant. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I love how this experience started with Belfast history and the importance of all the workers. You were immersed in their stories and became aware of how difficult the work but also a strong source of pride. The Titanic sinking was such a tragedy for so many.

It was a very informative and learned new facts about how the Titanic was built. Very somber ending, to see first had how many lives were lost .
