Had a lovely tour overall.
Regina did am excellent job providing information, the video experience was fun and the tasting card very helpful. The tasting room helped it feel less crowded and we appreciated the tasting explanation.
A bonus was Jim, the bartender we met at the end of our tour. He was knowledgeable and had a lovely chat with us. He Kindly explained gins and other options for the non whiskey lover in the party; his personable nature and friendly conversation gave us that “small group” interaction we really value that was lacking in the earlier bit of the tour. The start was rough, and left us feeling like cattle being funneled through a chute; we started the tour nearly 10 minutes later than scheduled time, over crowded, ushered around and prodded along.
All in all, would recommend to friends but it does not have a personal or warm feel unless you get lucky enough to speak with a bartender like Jim.
