Our guide was amazing and truly listened to what the participants wanted. He stayed in line to save spots for photos and allowed us extra time at the places we wanted to spend more time at. We had a wonderful time on this tour that packed a lot in. The pick up was timely and the driver communicated with us easily through WhatsApp. We loved the hike and the cape and also enjoyed seeing the penguins and learning about the history of the region.

Was super excited by this trip as an alternative to the hop-on, hop-off bus, but I should have just done that.
Issues/considerations:
+Not enough time at each stop
+No control over rogue group members who were late at every stop causing our last stops to be super short
+Was sent incorrect information about everything being included and then that message was deleted and the “correct” information sent.
+I say “correct,” because price lists for the parks/boat tour that were extra were not accurate. While they did refund the difference for the seal boat, it was super frustrating experience.
+Cape of good hope, they dropped off at the bottom and had to do a strenuous hike up instead of being able to hike down.
+Not enough time to grab a snack/lunch
What went well:
+Small van was comfortable to travel in
+Pick up was as scheduled
+Guide was knowledgeable of the sites.

Due to the weather our guide had to make some alterations to the route and some sights on the advertised schedule had to be re-arranged or even scrapped altogether which was disappointing but the majority was seen and was a great experience. The guide was very informative and friendly and a good safe driver.

Both me and my daughter enjoyed the tour very much. It is a small group and everyone in the group is so nice, which makes the tour a lot of fun. Our driver is awesome. He drives very carefully and make sure we are all comfortable. The tour guide, Sarah, is the best. she is knowledgeable and always enthusiastic. She makes sure the tour goes on schedule so that we get chance see as much as possible. Even it is a long day and we had several stops in between, I didn’t feel it was rushed at all. Just perfect timing for each stop. Even it is a long day you won’t really feel that long. I really recommend this tour to others.
