    Super crew, very accomodating.
Really good way to start our weekend.
    Thanks

  3. Peter_L

Knowledgeable and entertaining commentary by the captain of the vessel.
    The best. 😃😃
I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Melbourne and the iconic Yarra River.

Excellent information given by the Captain and crew on the ins and outs of Melbourne and Williamstown. We will definitely returning for another trip. Thank you

We were so excited to booked the ferry cruise during our short holiday in Williamstown in March 2024, but was very disappointed to say the least. The ferry didn’t even wait for us to get in even we were waiting 15-20 mins before to be on the safe side. The ferry photo on the poster is misleading and doesn’t look like the one who came in at all. After 2 days of chasing a refund like hitting a bricks wall we finally got someone who did explained to us that the ferry was in a rush to go back due to the morning storm so as he didn’t get stuck under the low bridge. Still chasing our refund even it was not even our fault..very disappointed with the customers service so far. Not using them again.

We had a great time. Staffs are friendly and accommodated. Great to have a beverage on the ferry. Luckily it was a sunny day as well. It’s good to have the option whether we could spend a few hours at Williamstown or head straight back to Southbank.

  9. CHRIS_D

Commentary by the Captain was informative & creative.
Perhaps he could have talked a little about the West Gate Bridge collapse.

  10. DAVID_S

Not very memorable, cargo ships, gas storage area, plus most of Williamstown was closed. The capitals commentary was just going through the motions.

  11. Martin_W

    Lots and lots….
The rich apartments and boats on the waters in front of these. Not a soul in sight enjoying the balconies. Amazing.!!
Window washers up a very tall building.
The many bridges, including the long Westgate Bridge.

  12. Calvin_T

This was a nice relaxing ride on the Yarra River. The boat driver/guide was very good & had a nice sense of humour.

  13. Davelynd_V

Had to walk part of the boat route due to high tide, which took from the river experience. The route past docks area was not interesting and we didn’t get served any hot beverages as was advertised, The boat captain was funny and interesting but the views themselves were very dull. Williamstown was a little gem and worth the trip but back on the train was more interesting really. Wouldn’t go again

See buildings, the bridges and views along riverbanks. Understand the tourism industry’s growing in Melbourne.

  15. Nehal_E

They’ve advised us to wait for our cruise, but didn’t mention that someone would call us again when it arrives from the other side, we missed it as it was on the other side and it was loud crowded area and we didn’t expect that of course!!but luckily they offer us to come another day or another trip in the city for an hour to solve the problem, as it was special day, we picked up option 2 and it was ok.

  16. Peter_W

Friendly staff good commentary easy to find departure jetty and a free coffee helped with a chilli morning onboard.

  17. Christine_A

The person driving the boat and giving the tour information was less than enthusiastic. He stopped narrating about 20 minutes into the tour and then turned on 80’s music very loud for the remaining 1+ hour of the cruise. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

  18. Karen_T

Good information from our captain on the Melbourne area and some history of the Yarra River. Liked hearing about various landmarks and industry of Melbourne and Williamstown (our destination). Boat was on time and arrived as expected.

  19. Charles_S

Learning a bit about the port activity. Discovering the time ball and its purpose. Paella at a local restaurant.

  20. Virginia_R

Very old and grubby ferry shame on the management as an interstate tourist I expected better. I can’t think of any more to say

  21. Kay_S

Cruise was great and driver commentary excellent. Interesting historical area visited.
Very disappointed in the dirty litter strewn streets of Melbourne.
