There are many tour options to Abu Dhabi. Do not use RAH Tours.
Problems:
– I emailed and texted them seven times for hotel pickup confirmation. They did not respond until I had Viator contact them.
– The driver was about 1/2 hour late picking us up.
– The person guiding us for the day was not a tour guide. He was a driver. He offered very little
information about Abu Dhabi unless we asked him…did not introduce himself either.
– Six of us (plus the driver) were crammed in an SUV. It was very tight.
– The driver took us to two stores so that locals could give us a sales pitch to buy rugs and art work.
He said we were going to an art museum.
– Drop off and pickup from tour locations like the palace and the mall were not clear. We had to be
driven around a parking lot to find the driver.
This was the worst Viator tour I’ve ever experienced. They should drop this tour operator.

Our driver was great and very informative. I was disappointed to hear that we could not enter the Emirates palace due to capacity. All of the stops included on this tour were great and all staff were welcoming.
