Irene, our guide, besides showing and explaining the many ancient and modern sights of Rome recognized our interest and concentrated on some of those. We love nature so she took us to the Borghese park and showed us around. She also was fantastic in helping us with some interests which were not part of our tour. I would highly recommend Tuk, Tuk and Irene for a none walking, introduction to Rome.

We were only in Rome for a few days, and booking this tour last minute gave us a completely different outlook and experience of the city. Fabrizio was so knowledgeable about both ancient and modern Rome and gave great insight into how the city has progressed to where it is today. I appreciated his ability to weave through the city and get us great views of the big landmarks as well as chances to get out for photos. Super informative, flexible with pick up / drop off points, and gave some recommendations like a great gelato spot near where we were staying. Can’t say enough great things about this experience!

We had an incredible journey through the city including many landmarks we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. The Tuk Tuk moves freely through the narrow alleys and easily pulls over for spontaneous stops. Andrea was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor, too! The Gianicolo overlook was a highlight, as well as the rose garden and secret keyhole.

My wife and I have both previously been to Rome… me 3 times and she once. But we had never been together on the visits, so this time we wanted to optimize our 3 days before departing on a cruise out of Civitavecchia. Since we were arriving in Rome in the afternoon, we chose this tuk tuk excursion as a great way to cover a tremendous amount of the city in 3 hours (5PM – 8PM) and have enough time to enjoy a nice meal close to our hotel located near the Pantheon.
The driver, Fabrizio, picked us up right on time at our hotel. The pre-pickup communication was excellent.
For the next three hours Fabrizio not only drove us to all the “Must See’s”, he also expanded on our visit by taking us down many streets/alleys that I think were off-limits to most cars (certainly trucks!). We saw parts of the city that we most likely would never had walked down… even if we were walking town for a week. And all along the way, Fabrizio chatted with us in a super friendly fashion, not only speaking as a tour guide, but as someone who’s proud of his city and wanted to do his best to make sure we enjoyed our stay during our time in Rome.
I have to emphasize that you WILL NOT be going into any of the attractions you will visit. We knew that from the get-go, so we had no problem with the agenda. Yes, if you want to stop for pictures, you’ll have the opportunity… just don’t expect admission to the Borghese Museum.
I’ll wrap up by saying I give this excursion 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up. I’m an experienced traveler and my heart-felt advice is… if you do this your first night in Rome, you’ll have a much easier time making your plans for the rest of your stay.

Pascal was a great tour guide. He arrived early and waited for us by the hotel entrance. The night before, he messaged me to confirm our tour. During the tour, he was full of great information about Rome and kept the kids engaged. He spoke clear perfect English and knew all the little alleyways and nooks and crannies of the Roman neighborhoods, even taking us to a famous little cookie shop that we would not have known about otherwise. We were able to access places that cars cannot get to. It started pouring rain so we cut the tour short by a bit but that was ok with us. Highly recommend for families!

This is the only way to see all the major sites in Rome as well as the vistas overlooking the city.
It is a private tour so you can move at your own pace and skip things that you have already seen or spend more time at some sites. Our tour guide was Robin who really knowledgable and was really fun to be with. He speaks perfect english and we really enjoyed spending time with him. Highly recommended!
