Airport transfer went perfectly. Met the driver in the airport terminal, where he then showed me to a very comfortable and clean electric car. He handled my baggage and transferred me safely to my hotel. On the way he even pointed out different city sites and recommended a nearby restaurant. Finally he helped me with my luggage into my hotel. I was very satisfied and would recommend this airport transfer.

I was called by their service center and told my driver had been waiting an hour and I had 30 minutes before I’d be charged extra. I was frustrated that the driver should show up exactly when I landed for an international flight. Then, it was extremely difficult to find my driver and required multiple calls to the center.

Although our driver was wonderful and arrived on time the confirmation process needs improving. After booking I had to contact you several times to confirm pick up and departure details. No one would confirm the details via email,so I had to telephone. While on the phone it took waaaay longer than it should have to tell you details and have agent confirm. Why on earth do you ask customer to confirm and then make the process so difficult. Will not use your service in the future.

We are so grateful to Simon for such an incredible tour! He did a fantastic job catering the tour to our interests and keeping our time frame in mind. There was also a nice balance of being in the taxi and walking. Simon also took wonderful pictures! We would highly recommend him and look forward to booking another tour with him in the future!

We arrived at Heathrow on time expecting our driver to be waiting for us. He was not there. Outside baggage claim there were many available cabs but since we had paid ahead for a driver to meet us, we could not take advantage of the cabs. I called the car service and after waiting awhile on hold I was told the driver was on his way. We waited another 25 minutes when he finally arrived. This is the first time a car service ordered through Viator has failed to meet us on time. We did not get the personal service we paid for. A cab waiting outside would have been preferable and much more timely.

After a long flight with our two-year old, there was no driver when we exited customs. We received a call that the driver was parking. Then someone else called back saying the 90-minute wait period was over and that the driver left. Only after some very heated protest did they send “another” driver. I would not re-book or recommend this tour.

After a flight of over ten hours, a long walk to customs and luggage retrieval at Heathrow, I didn’t appreciate waiting an additional hour and having to call the transfer company, not once, but twice. ( at the cost of .25 per minute) The driver showed up and claimed he was so late because my flight was early (which it was by a half an hour, however, we then sat on the runway until one minute passed our planned arrival time, due to an unavailable gate). He did not speak to us the whole 2 hour trip and then accused my husband of scratching his car, which he didn’t, it was a dirt streak. Off to a bad start! I think you need to find a new provider!
