This is a good way of getting an overview of the city. The website is challenging. Wish there was an app. The buses don’t run on schedule. We waited over 30 minutes for a bus and even when one did show up it had a buddy. We had 2 busses to choose from. That was frustrating. The drivers were courteous and friendly. They were great navigating these narrow streets. Felt very safe.

I never received the tickets for the tour. When I contacted customer service they had no record of the reservation and asked for additional information. I emailed additional information and the PayPal receipt of my reservation. I never heard another word from Viator.

This is a fantastic way to get around Edinburgh and serves as a familiarization tour so you get your bearings and figure out where and what to do and see in Edinburgh! The representatives were amazingly knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. The buses run continuously and we had no trouble waiting for the next bus – always had plenty of room to sit up top.
