The Cathedral light show and the river boat ride were our favorites. I can’t remember the guide’s name. He called to confirm pick up and did not reintroduce himself at pick up. So I was unable to remember. I am conflicted with this tour. I’m disappointed it was not as good as other tours I have booked through Viator. Win some and lose some, I guess. I couldn’t hear the guide as he walked with my daughter talking to her as they walked ahead of me. I often couldn’t understand him when we stood together. He was a soft spoken, quick speaker. By the way, there wete only 2 of us. I was excited at first, as I felt we would have great service. I was often left tagging along. My daughter did not understand him even though they were often side by side. Strong voices are always more favorable for a tour. Consideration for all group members is necessary also. I often wondered if we made him nervous, being only 2 as he filled a lot of conversational time with constantly remarking about there being few people out. Maybe, the extra time could have been filled with additional stops.

Alfred was an excellent tour guide. I’ve lived there twice as military. I had a friend with me and wanted them to really see San Antonio and understand the rich history here.
He was in contact via app immediately and frequently upon booking. He called 40 minutes before the tour began and was early to pick us up at our air bnb and a newer Mercedes van. He has personal stories and sent us additional locations to eat and see in San Antonio.
We would highly recommend the tour for the top places to see in San Antonio!!

Our tour guide did a great job explaining sights of downtown on our night tour; he did a great job entertaining us since the Riverwalk portion was unavailable. Viator should have known that the day of the dead celebration was occurring during the time we had booked for our Riverwalk night cruise….If we had known that the Riverwalk would not be available we would have booked another time; so it was a somewhat frustrating experience that we feel Viator should have been aware of beforehand and notified us.. We booked this tour way beforehand and the website should have reflected that the night cruise was not available on Friday October 27th. We didn’t blame our driver but he was caught in the middle too; we paid for a night Riverwalk cruise and didn’t get to participate in that so we got shortchanged; something that could have been avoided

Terrible experience. I booked the night tour and had it confirmed multiple times with the Seesighttours agency that was the tour operator. I was instructed to meet the van picking me up at 6:45p at a hotel. I was there at 6:35p waiting until 7:30p w/ no van coming to pick me up. I called the seesighttours direct line where I spoke to Will. Will was completely understanding and tried sorting the situation out for me. I ultimately ended up getting a full refund through the help of Will who was great at assisting me. It is pretty frustrating when you book something, have it confirmed, wait for the tour, and then it never happens. Don’t recommend this tour operator.

This 3-hour night tour hit the popular San Antonio spots providing a glimpse of the River Walk, The Alamo, Tower of the Americas and more. Was a small group making the stops efficient. Alfred was prompt, arriving in a nice clean van, friendly and knowledgeable plus he added a few extra spots to give us nearly 4 hours of touring. As it was a December Saturday night traffic was slow, but Alfred got us around and we were able to walk to some spots saving “tour time”. Additionally, this tour allows you to skip the huge lines for River Walk and Tower of the Americas, which by itself was enough reason for me. Take this tour and hit the highlights however brief the time. James

This tour is HIGHLY recommended! Not only were we in a comfortable vehicle with one other small family, our guide was awesome! Outside of the stops noted, he took us on a drive throughout San Antonio , gave us great photo ops, and plenty of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit during our vacation. To top it off, there is looong line for the riverwalk cruise. This booking allowed us priority boarding! That alone made us estatic that we reserved this tour!
