Great experience overall. The guides were lovely and very informative. All the locations we went to and the river bed walk was amazing. The only thing I will say is there was an overwhelming amount of fear put into us if we were to choose the rim walk due to the steep incline and decline to access this walk. As we are aware companies do need protect themselves and make sure that the customers are also protected but I think a little less fear mongering would of been better as we did speak to those who did the rim walk and they all agreed it was no where near as bad as what it was made out to be. Aside from that guys you did an amazing job and the tour was great!

Very well organised. King’s guides were excellent – very friendly and informative. Would have rated it higher except the breakfast was nearly cold. Also, someone had forgotten to turn on the urn so no tea or coffee.
A pleasant experience after the day before’s disaster and the subsequent lack of empathy displayed by the staff member I spoke to in Berlin.

For various reasons we only did the Creek’s walk. It is very beautiful, but we have seen other much more impressive canyons. I don’t know if it’s worth the trip. Surely yes, the Rim’s walk is done. As an alternative, they offered us a helicopter flight, which we decided to do and it was great!
