Wonderful experience with our driver. On time and picked us up at our address at an airbnb, not a hotel.
There was an accident on the road and that delayed us for 1/30 plus hours. The driver was in contact with the company and we arrived on time to the cruise ship. We were a party of 4 adults. Great way to travel.

Originally our cruise ship was to leave from Greenwich port, so we booked a nearby hotel. Then a week before our travel dates, the cruise line notified us the ship would embark from Tilyard port. Our travel agent recommended Viator. We had six people in our group, including six large suitcases and carry-on luggage. Viator’s vehicle held all six of us and our luggage quite comfortably. The driver was efficient and safe. He also answered questions about the area on our drive.

#viator and #citytransfers I’ve got to say the Accountability, Accuracy & Awareness for these organizations are in question… Booked my private transfer from my hotel in London to Birth 101 in Southampton approximately 5 days in advance. I followed all SMS/Text Messages, online instructions as well as emails to the letter. The driver still arrived 2 hours and 7 minutes late. After the driver did not arrive at noon, I called #citytransfers at 12:15h. They stated my pickup had been moved to 14:00h. As this was not in agreement with my confirmation (noon pickup, prepaid $260.00+ US) I then contacted #viator. After they all didn’t expect responsibility for 1.5 hours, and silently recognized their error they offered to send the transfer hahaha I was picked up almost 2 blocks away from the Hotel. The driver was late anyway. My drop off time of 16:00h was actually 16:37h. Use your head and take a legit London Taxi or an UBER. Had they just let me know of their need to adjust my pickup time in advance, this all could have been avoided. Alas, they have no concept of time, communication or respect for others. #lessonlearned #citytransfersisajoke #abbycarsukltdisajoke

The car, a Toyota Prius Hybrid, was clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 3 medium check size suitcases and three carryon duffle bags/backpacks. One of us took the front seat and two in the back which gave us plenty of space and the Prius had terrific storage space for our bags. Our driver was polite and did a great job with getting through the traffic! We left London for Southhampton at 9am and arrived in a little less than two hours.

Driver was very nice. Odd to have to stop for gas after 30 minutes of 2-hour trip. Based on ad, I was expecting a large, clean vehicle but it seemed to be drivers own small car with his garbage and sticky floor. Drive safely and got us there on time.
