We had an amazing day trip, the whole trip was amazing. The koala resort and the penguins was my favorite moment.

  2. Rhonda_U

Guide was great, very knowledgeable & personable. Penguin parade was amazing.
Would book again in my next trip back!
    Highly recommend

The trip was nice. It was too long and not all the stops were necessary (we had the feeling that they have to “still time” until the penguin’s parade).
The Koala reserve was nice and penguin’s parade was beautiful. BUT we were not informed that the tour provides the basic general admission tickets so we had to upgrade for additional $75 each (with no refund on the tickets we already paid for, this upgrade, of course, was not a must). In addition, we didn’t have the best luck with our guide, who was not nice and inpatient.

The trip was amazing and well paced from the start. The bus was comfortable and had good stops. Charlie was an amazing guide and showed us many pretty places.

This tour is amazing and encourage anyone who loves animals to take this tour. The peguin parade is great and wonderful to see those little peguins coming in.

Amazing day, driver was great and gave so much information in a fun way. The penguins are just amazing. Just wish more visitors would have respected the moment and kept their cameras in their pockets

Was a good tour. Saw some vista points, had lunch in a town called Cowes, enjoyed seeing the wallabies in the fields. The penguins were cute! Saw most of them from the boardwalk and not the bleachers. No photography is allowed as the flash can blind them. They do encourage you to go onto their website and download as many pictures as you’d like. Worth the tour.

Vicki, our guide was superb, very knowledgable and informative on the history of Australia, Koala’s, Penguins and much, much more.
The Penguin Parade is a MUST SEE whilst in Melbourne, and is really a sight to behold.

The visit to the Penguin Parade was amazing, as was the scenery and wildlife on Phillip Island. Our guide and driver, Fiona, was terrific — interesting, knowledgeable and efficient. If any criticisms, it’s that the stop at the Koala sanctuary was too short, as was the quick stop at the viewing area overlooking the ocean, just before reaching the penguin pavilion. I would have preferred skipping dinner and spending the extra time at either of those locations.

Seeing the little penguins coming out of the ocean at sunset was wonderful. Afterward, seeing and listening to the penguins going about their business was amusing. Looking up and seeing the milky way was an added bonus. Our guide (Dandy?) was very informative and entertaining.

Wonderful experience with our tour guide/driver Fiona. We learned so much about this area of Australia and she gave us great tips about each place we visited. This was a great day and would recommend it!

Great trip and we enjoy it. Unfortunately, we can not take the photos for penguins. It is worth to join the tour.

  14. Helen_J

The trip itself was good but the the penguin parade was very poorly managed, it was stressed of the importance not to take photos but there were no staff monitoring this and it became frustrating to those abiding to the rules

  15. Sara_A

    Excellent trip!
Well organised and everything was on time.
Our tour guide/driver Fiona was amazing!
    Try to spot 13 Koalas 🐨 😀
    Cheers!

  17. Lior_T

Great experience our guide Kathy was great, explained us about lots of stuff along the way. It was just perfect timing from start to end ( 10 hours total, 4 for driving to the island and back)

If you want an amazing experience to see some Aussie wildlife, then this is the trip for you.
A long day but well worth it to see koala in the wild, wallabies and beautiful fairy penguins.

  19. Gabi_Z

Koalas, wallabies and penguins, oh my! A wonderful excursion with an awesome guide! Having multiple stops was nice to break up the long drive out.

  20. Haoran_X

Pleasant experience and breathtaking views. Vicky was really good with information, learnt many new things about the wildlife

The Tour Leader / Guide was GREAT – she knew all the insider tips … the whole day was perfect. I especially appreciated her warning us not to sit up front – the first three rows of people got soaked due to high tide ….
