The overall experience was magical and wonderful ! The guide was very very knowledgeable. She also keep all of us on time so that we can leave one place to another on schedule.
Just want to comment on that counter guy at barrack jetty who issue the wrist bands: he was very impatient and when i asked a little more questions and he gets agitated. I didn’t want to spoil my mood for this trip and i kept my cool not to retaliate. What kind of customer service as a frontliner? I am a tourist hence i want to ask about some fine details. If i know, I won’t ask.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day spent cruising up the swan river. The wine tastings, meals, cheese platters, morning tea were plenty.

Excellent well organised trip with great tourist guides on both the boat and bus. Lovely little family owned wineries made us feel welcome.

River cruise was fantastic food and drinks excellent great friendly helpful staff.
You couldn’t hear the commentary for the noisy tables though!!v
The lunch stop at Mondana was mixed, beautiful place great food and wines but cramped on a long table with too many place setting hardly comfortable!! The other wineries were very small and dissapointing. The chocolate shop’s cafe was closed so no alternative drinks anywhere apart from the last stop where they kindly substituted tea/coffee for beer or wine.
The driver was excellent but the van was very cramped again and very old and worn!!

Lots of yummy food & wine tastings on board this cruise which was both informative & very pretty up the river. Soooo much food, great wineries, visits to boutique wineries & venues, definitely worth it. Crew on the boat were fantastic. Favourite winery –

We had a fabulous time on this Swan River Cruise & wine tasting tour. We met a lot of great people and tasted some fabulous wine. Lunch was excellent & the chocolate factory was delicious. Keith our bus driver was excellent and did a great job driving us from place to place! Highly recommend!

Way overpriced and description of tour was misleading. The two wineries we visited were poor choices, obviously a deal made with the winery to get people there. Not only were the winery venues not very good the wines were of poor quality. The lunch venue was a good choice and their wines and beer were excellent. We could not recommend this tour.

An interesting day topped off by the care and consideration shown by the driver.
The wines were enjoyable and the chocolate outstanding.

Very enjoyable day cruising up the Swan River, tasting wine and seeing the countryside. Very organized tour. Staff was helpful and friendly. Tastings on the boat were a pleasant, unexpected surprise. The winery stops had good tastings and selections. Lunch was good but the acoustics in the venue made it hard to interact. The brewery and chocolate stops were a nice way to end the day. Time spent at each location was ample and sufficient. Overall a good time!

Seeing things we haven’t seen before and enjoying the company of people we hadn’t met before, both the River Cruise and Bus trip were well organised and informative.

Good selection of wines tasted through the day
Slightly crammed into the river cruise with 8 strangers to a table.
    Everyone very pleasant and friendly
Lunch was mediocre I had chicken salad which was drowned in dressing !
The reason I marked this trip down is the chocolate trip. This is tge second time this has happened
We were expecting more than an expectation to buy. Something g ABOUT the chocolate or even seeing something g being produced. The tasting were three tiny little samples of sweets in a paper towel completely underwhelming.
Viator needs to sort out this tourists will go to a shop if they want to buy chocolate
