They cancelled entry to Capitol at the last moments and we booked this trip for that purpose only, tour operator didn’t take us to near to Capitol even saying roads are blocked while other tour operator took us near there at evening. Boat cruise was not that fancy.

I do appreciate his attentiveness to our group along with him engaging our group members. I would highly recommend this tour company based on my fantastic full day experience with this tour company. Our tour group was WAY too big- 50 people. Half the group could not hear our wonderful guide because those in back couldnt hear. Would not go on one of these tours again knly because they book too many people to a group.

Nick was more knowledgeable about Washington DC, the Capitol, the Mall, THE HISTORY. He knew off the top of his head while speaking and explaining, knowing the dates, places, and history better than any History Professor knew while I was in any school. Friendly, remembered our names, home towns, and interests. We probably learned or was informed of more “History” than 4 years of High School and College in the 8 hours he guided us. He is a great asset to your company and us MO’s or tourists.

The partial Capital tour was the highlight. If you’re a citizen you’d have to contact your representative for chamber access.
The luxury bus was great, clean and very comfortable. A plus for seeing the outdoor attractions. The guide rushed us through each site, he would get off the bus and start walking ahead without waiting for the group to get off the bus. Timing was then rushed when returning to the bus, if you sit towards the back. I sometimes got lost or didn’t know where the guide was waking ahead fast.
the Potomac boat tour was ok, the boat itself was old, beat up and not the best.
National archives is not a guided tour, the guide leads you to security and then rushes out. I was last on line and he told security the three people ahead of me were last. Unprofessional.

The monuments selected for the tour provided a perfect picture of American history. The tour guide was knowledgeable, professional yet friendly. The Tour bus was very comfortable and all commitments with respect to places visited, the great experience to be had and completion time were met.

Booked an 8 hour tour which turned out to be only 6. Pick up point on the confirmation was incorrect. Did not get notification until arriving in the city when we called. Paid for parking at location posted. Paid again once we found out what the actual pick up location was. Tour indicated 1 hour tour of capital building, that didn’t happen. Tour indicated glass top covered bus, were in an open air van on a very sunny day that we weren’t prepared for. While the driver was knowledgeable, he was not very friendly and talked to us most of the time like we were his 4th grade students. Six elderly adults. Recommended lunch place was awful. Threw the food away. I believe it was only recommended was because it was fast. Did enjoy the sites we actually visited.

This was the first trip to DC for my children (their school wasn’t able to make the trip during covid). My husband and I had not been there in 20 years, so we decided a guided tour with parking to the sites along with tickets to activities was the way to go. And it was worth it! We all had a great time, gained a lot of knowledge, and did WAY more in one day than we ever would have been able to do if we were walking/driving between locations. Tony and Brittany were so knowledgeable! The open top bus was a lot of fun.
