    Had a little trouble finding the driver as he didn’t have a sign with my name on it, just the company’s name. Had to call the company and they connected us, but it was a little bit of a worry.
    Driver was excellent and car was very clean and comfortable.
    Not sure whether I’d use them again though.

    Driver was professional and timely. Our flight was delayed by at least 45min. Once we retrieved our luggage we immediately were able to see our driver (had signage). I would book this service again.

    Very nice and enjoyable ride to hotel! After such a long flight from the US it was great to just relax and enjoy a worry free rite to hotel. Driver met us at baggage claim and it was very effortless.

    Booked this private pickup and gave specific flight info. The very unpleasant person texted me asking about my progress through passport control and customs… then proceeded to inform me that even though my progress was out of my control- and I had paid well in advance- they left me at the airport. DO NOT BOOK! Highly unprofessional.

    A driver who drove aggressively, was impatient in traffic, and couldn’t give clear directions about where to locate him outside the terminal. He was a very disgruntled man and made me feel uncomfortable. They may have other drivers, but this guy shouldn’t be one of them.

    Listed as a private transfer that wound up having 2 other couples in the vehicle for the transfer from the airport to downtown hotel area. Should have been listed as semi-private or small group transfer, not, “PRIVATE TRANSFER”. Driver was prompt, courteous, and efficient in getting passengers and luggage loaded and unloaded.

    Another couple hijacked our prepaid ride. Took an hour to sort things out. Drivers need to confirm passengers at pick-up. Once we finally got in the vehicle driver was nice and efficient. Just an apology was not enough.

    The company representative was waiting for me inside the airport, with my name on an easily read sign. What a welcome relief to see him, as this was my first experience at this particular airport. He was friendly and nice and I followed him quite a distance to the car and driver. My driver was also very nice and got me to my hotel safe and sound. The entire experience was very positive.

    the driver was very friendly and courteous. He contacted us immediately via what’s app after arrival. We had a lot of luggage registered and the car was big enough for everything. The price was ok. We used the chat contact to clarify the problem with the luggage in advance and that also worked great.
    We were very happy with everything.

    I booked a private transfer for 6 people from the airport. Upon arrival, the driver was not present. After contacting Go Sydney Shuttle, I was informed a shuttle(public, not private) should arrive in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes and no driver, I made other arrangements and called to cancel. I’m still waiting to hear from Viator about a refund.

    We were left stranded at the airport after a 30 hr long haul flight and Go Sydney Shuttle did not arrive for pick up as arranged and paid for. They did not answer phones call, texts or emails.
    After reading past reviews on line the next day – a lot of people had the same experience. I would recommend not using Go Sydney Shuttle

    Our flight was delayed due to a storm. I contacted the carrier as soon as we knew we would be delayed, 22 hours in advance of our pickup time. Eventually, we missed our connecting flight and the carrier would not reschedule once I had a new arrival time and denied my request for a refund because we didn’t give them 24 hours notice. A storm that shut down the whole west coast of the United States and not within our control. Unreasonable to not consider a refund.

    Viator promised a person would meet me at the baggage carousel holding a card with my name on it. This did not happen. I rang the number provided and was told the driver was waiting outside in his bus for us. Sydney airport is big and busy hence I required a personal and private escort. The woman I spoke to on the phone had to talk me through to the outside and then had to describe to me over the phone where to go. Then when I got to the supposed pick up point I could not locate the car. Then the driver rang me and demanded, “where are you!?” I was disgusted with this service. I could have walked out to the taxi rank (where the driver was) and caught a taxi myself for a hell of a lot cheaper!!!!! Half price in fact. The driver was extremely rude too. He said he had been trying to call me but I didn’t answer my phone. Wrong! There were no missed calls on my phone which I had in my hand the entire time. iPhone missed calls doesn’t lie. I was pleasant to him as I was very nervous being in a big city. The driver drive with much road rage. He said he was from the Ukraine so I guess he wanted my sympathy vote so I wasn’t angry at the lack of service. I wouldn’t bother. Just get a taxi. Waste of money. Rude driver. Should have come in with a card as expected. This was the only reason why I booked this service and that didn’t happen. Shame on you Viator!

    Was not a luxury sedan as advertised, was not waiting for us on arrival like ticket said it would be. Texted we needed to notify them on arrival but text didn’t come through until after we finally found representative. Worked for getting to destination but definitely not what was expected from the description on Viator. Could have grabbed a cab for less money and had the same experience. Driver did a good job.

    Driver was very nice and showed local sights along the way. However when the service indicated we would be greeted in the arrival hall at the terminal with a sign with a client name that should be done. Don’t say one thing then not do it.

    Service never performed once they have your money, and if the airline delays your buy one or two minutes, they wash their hands of providing any service to you. Unable to contact anybody to explain the situation take a cab much cheaper.
