The tour was amazing .Tour Manager Lex Tang was very helpful ,nice and friendly. He has excellent professional knowledge. It is a great way to see so much of Central Europe in a short period of time. All the hotels were great except in Paris which was an average one. I highly recommend this tour for the price.

This was a fantastic trip and I highly recommend it. Our tour guide for most of the trip was Florian who was incredibly well educated and had a great attention to detail when it came to pointing out important landmarks and the less popular ones. Our driver was Fred, who expertly navigated the ridiculous Paris streets with a big coach bus. The timeline was tight and it was a constant go, but that’s to be expected with a bus trip. The hotels were decent with the exception of Paris, which was less than stellar. I definitely wasn’t impressed but I had a feeling it was going to happen. I’m definitely considering taking the other tours offered by this company in the future.

This was our first time to go to Europe and our first time to use Viator. We had a wonderful time and the tour was amazing. We had the opportunity to see so many things in such a short time. There were a couple of things that would have made it better. One would be to have wi-fi on the bus. I would also like a little bit more free time. I do appreciate squeezing in as many sites as possible but sometimes they would give us free time to shop look around and squeeze in lunch or dinner. Many times it seemed we were rushed to do anything besides eat and rush back to the bus. We were also not happy with our accomodations the two nights in Paris. The hotel was actually quite a distance from downtown Paris. The hotel we were told was not in the best part of town so we should be careful if we ventured out at night. There were no dining options nearby so we were forced to eat in the hotel dining room. We tried the first night and the waiter was sloppy and very rude and the food choices were not the great. The room was very small with a small desk and hard desk chair. The TV had no English speaking stations so since it was not safe to venture out, we were forced to sit on our bed or the one hard chair without any TV to watch. Other than those two nights, the other hotels exceeded our expectations. I’m assuming the price for hotels in Paris had something to do with the hotel choice. Lastly, we had wonderful tour guides on the trip that were so helpful and friendly. I did take exception to the very first guide we had for the first few days. He would ramble on about his personal and political views, many of which were a little extreme and I found offensive. His job on the bus is to give information about the tour, not his personal beliefs. Particularly irritating to me was his going on about Trump and telling everyone on the bus what a great job he’s doing for the US. As the only two Americans on the tour, we know for a fact that over 70 of Americans disapprove of Trump and were offended that he was spreading this false information and even expressing his political views at all. This is not the place for that. He was also somewhat bossy and rude with the guests at times which several people did not appreciate. I’m sure being responsible for a group of people like this on a tour can be quite taxing but the other two guides we had that week were superb and actually did a much better job. Overall, the trip was amazing and the value for what we got to see was as well. We would highly recommend Viator and are already planning our second European tour next year with Viator.

I went with my wife to this tour on 8/28-9/2/17, and it was terrific and beyond our expectation:
    1. The tour guide Lex Tang is great on many reasons, he did many things beyond his duties to make customers happy and satisfied
    2. The coach drive is super: safe, confortable, well organized
    3. The hotels are clean and well worth the money
Summary: this is great and strongly recommended to all my relatives and friends
One more thing: we really appreciate the tour has reserved 1-3 hrs daily for us to be free to do our owned things, wondering around, shoppings.

I thoroughly enjoyed the tour as a solo traveler, made some new friends, we had quality time. Our tour guide Uncle Ho is an amazing guy.

Great value for the cost. I went to Europe first time with my wife and 8 year old son. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this tour for first timers or beginners. This tour covers a lot in seven days, so I took lots of pictures and 360 panoramic pics. If you’re looking to absorb the local cultures in depth, then I recommend you go on your own or take a much slower pace guided tour. The only thing I didn’t like in Europe was that you had to pay for washrooms, even at rest areas.

You get to see a LOT in one go. No regrets at all and I would do it all over again. Only negative is that if you need to use the washroom more often than every 4 hours this may not be the best tour for you. The hotels were definitely 3 star and better than I expected.
