Very well run outfit, expensive compared to others in the city, but you get what you pay for.
Pick up on time. Trip was as promised, everything on time, some breakfast items available prior to boat ride. Lots of water, fruit, soft drinks on board. Good quality gear with no extra charge for rentals. Buffet lunch was great.

TL,DR: Book the 6-630 pick-up and bring a towel!I booked the 6-630A pick-up since we had a 11PM flight back to HKG the same night. We stayed at the Hilton Phuket Arcadia and had a pick-up time of 06:10. We were picked-up by a VIP shuttle with disco lights. Driver was not so friendly since we were 5 minutes late but that’s another story that you can find on Hilton Arcadia’s TripAdvisor review. It was a comfortable 45-minute to 1-hour ride with air-con and soft leather seats. Upon arrival there were items for a light breakfast as advertised; tea, coffee, bananas, variety pound cake, water and motion sickness pills! We spent 15-minutes there signing out our fins, for the snorkeling portion, and paying the national park fee (400 Bht). Restrooms are also onsite. Our speedboat had 17pax, a lot less than other boats we saw (with atleast 25!) along the way, which made it a comfortable ride. Mr. Boy and his crew were fabulous and fun to spend the day with. We had water, Coke, orange Fanta, tangerines and bananas free-flowing onboard. We had plenty of time to snorkel near Maya bay before heading to one of the islands for lunch. I was very surprised by the lunch since I was expecting a chicken skewer from reading other reviews. We had a FULL open buffet consisting of tomato/cucumber/cabbage salad, fried rice, plain rice, fried chicken wings, Tom Kha Gai soup w/chicken, mixed veggies, water, instant coffee and tea among the items I could remember. Soft drinks and beer were not included but we had soft drinks on the boat that we could take and beer was available for purchase (100bht/ea.). After finishing up lunch we went to another island and spent 1.5 hours at the beach. After boarding to head back to the marina the boat crew cut up some pineapples and watermelon for snacks. We didn’t think to bring our own towels but we dried off with the hour ride back to the marina. We arrived back at the Marina at 14:45, departed at 15:15 for our hotel and arrived by 16:30 – there was a good amount of traffic for a Monday afternoon. GREAT trip overall and I definitely recommend the Early riser. Other boats we saw were jam packed and standing room. Our boat had enough room for people to lay out and even nap during the long rides there.

This was the experience of a lifetime. We arrived to the marina early in the morning, had a light breakfast and headed off to the islands. The tour guide, Tom, and his crew were very friendly and helpful. Our group consisted of about 15-20 people which felt perfect. There was plenty of room on the boat. Drinks and fruit were readily available during the whole tour. Traveled to multiple different spots to see the sights, swim, and snorkel. Had a lunch buffet on the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour!

This tour company was amazing! Hotel pick up was on time, the tour company was very efficient upon arrival, the boat taken was newer and clean. Our tour guide Tuk was fun to be around and kept the tour fun for everyone. All of the stops were a good amount of time and the snorkeling locations were awesome. The beach lunch had amazing food and the early riser time slot was the way to go!! Compared to a similar tour we took out of Krabi, this tour hands down was more professional and much better valued.

they charged 400 per person without justifying the tax, they say it is tax and give a paper that is not worth as a receipt .. they also tried to extort me by charging a tax of 500 (3x more than the value of the shorts I forgot in the car) and when not I accepted to pay, they said they would call the police ….

Tour was good even though the weather was not that great. Had time on the various islands to explore and snorkel. Overall good experience but this is a one time thing and would not do Phi Phi tours again unless it was a bit more. This tour was mainly for snorkeling and swimming.

Great trip without a dull moment. Snorkeling was tons of fun but tiring. By the end of the day, we were happy just to sit on the beach instead of swimming more. They recommend reef shoes for the beaches so that you don’t cut your feet on coral. Bring your own or something similar or they also have them for sale in the morning at the pier

Pros- loved the snorkeling and the food was ok.
Cons- I picked early riser as I thought it would be early and we would be able to avoid some of the tourists. However, we didn’t leave for the trip by boat until 10 and so by the time we got to the first location there were already lots of boats there. All the locations we went to were busy and it wasn’t even peak tourist time.
Overall I would have preferred more time snorkeling and quieter locations.

We booked this tour trying to avoid the crowds, but because of our misunderstanding it wasnt what we had hoped for. As it turns out the early morning excursion was booked and we ended up with the morning tour. I assume that would be very different. So many boats at every stop and the “speed boat” was jammed packed with no room to walk around the boat and knees crammed into the seat in front of us. The crew were great and the scenery was beautiful but overall just a so so trip.

Our guide Tuk from Island Dream was amazing! We were the first boat to arrive at the breakfast buffet and for lunch and he always made sure to be very clear about what was happening throughout the day. The whole team of guides on the boat made the experience so easy – just like vacation should be! I would definitely book with them again!

Pickup was prompt and the driver of the bus was very kind and safe. Our tour guide, Charlie was nice and very attentive. He made sure to describe each island/ area we visited in depth and also even had a map as a visual. The boat crew was very attentive and nice and often offered drinks/ snacks. They also offered assistance for snorkeling and help on and off the boat. Overall, the service from our tour personnel was phenomenal. The only reason I would rate this tour 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of opportunities to visit certain areas. We could visit a few beaches because the speed boat could not dock during a certain tide, that was a bit disappointing. Also, I am of course a tourist and was unaware that the James Bond Island was not apart of this “Phi Phi islands” package. Whoops- fault on my part but good information to pass on to future tourists to book this tour.

Great staff, but management needs to bring themselves up to speed on international pricing standards. Foreigners paying taxes in Thailand should not be charged extra., but this tour operator does just that. Thailand will not be an inclusive country until they change their ways.

Unforgettable islands. Decent snorkelling. Handy lunch in a restaurant. Our guide was energetic and informative. The boat out is a bit of a battle, noisy and it rained. Pack weather proof jackets as it’s a 50 minute journey.
Plenty of snacks and soft drinks on the boat which kept us happy. I’d recommend maybe making your own way to the departure point to save waiting time in the morning as the shuttle bus goes around other hotels. A long day but prepare and it’s worth it.

I enjoyed the swimming and the snorkelling – the water quality was excellent, the islands were tranquil and I saw many tropical fish while snorkelling.
I feel that the tour guides’ English communication skills could improve. I would have liked to learn more about the islands and their history within the tour, because without this it felt a little superficial and targeted at travellers who are most interested in the Instagram photo. Also I feel like whoever organises the catering could improve at catering to different dietary requirements, so it can accommodate visitors with diverse palates.

Everything went well and the tour guide was great. The Beach was very busy with tourists but that was not the fault of the tour. Snorkelling was good and jumping off the boat into the lagoon. Free soft drinks were always available which was handy. The price was not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Maya beach felt overcrowded and chaotic to get off the boat and then around the waiting area to get back on but this is not the fault of the company just the island is very busy after reopening again after covid.

Worth the money. The crew member helped in snorkeling after getting to know my wife didn’t know to swim.

Pickup was prompt and the driver of the bus was very kind and safe. Our tour guide, Charlie was nice and very attentive. He made sure to describe each island/ area we visited in depth and also even had a map as a visual. The boat crew was very attentive and nice and often offered drinks/ snacks. They also offered assistance for snorkeling and help on and off the boat. Overall, the service from our tour personnel was phenomenal. The only reason I would rate this tour 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of opportunities to visit certain areas. We could visit a few beaches because the speed boat could not dock during a certain tide, that was a bit disappointing. Also, I am of course a tourist and was unaware that the James Bond Island was not apart of this “Phi Phi islands” package. Whoops- fault on my part but good information to pass on to future tourists to book this tour.

Great staff, but management needs to bring themselves up to speed on international pricing standards. Foreigners paying taxes in Thailand should not be charged extra., but this tour operator does just that. Thailand will not be an inclusive country until they change their ways.

Unforgettable islands. Decent snorkelling. Handy lunch in a restaurant. Our guide was energetic and informative. The boat out is a bit of a battle, noisy and it rained. Pack weather proof jackets as it’s a 50 minute journey.
Plenty of snacks and soft drinks on the boat which kept us happy. I’d recommend maybe making your own way to the departure point to save waiting time in the morning as the shuttle bus goes around other hotels. A long day but prepare and it’s worth it.

It was a lovely excursion. The crew, led by June, communicated in a very good English and was extremely caring about the guests comfort and safety. Maya beach was stunning, make sure you take a camera in the water when you snorkel. The lunch provided by the beachfront was good.

I enjoyed the swimming and the snorkelling – the water quality was excellent, the islands were tranquil and I saw many tropical fish while snorkelling.
I feel that the tour guides’ English communication skills could improve. I would have liked to learn more about the islands and their history within the tour, because without this it felt a little superficial and targeted at travellers who are most interested in the Instagram photo. Also I feel like whoever organises the catering could improve at catering to different dietary requirements, so it can accommodate visitors with diverse palates.

Amazing trip, they have the service of video and photo and you mis take it. Totally worth it. Beautiful bay, nice snorkeling time, buffet lunch and Mercy made the long rides nice and fun.

Everything went well and the tour guide was great. The Beach was very busy with tourists but that was not the fault of the tour. Snorkelling was good and jumping off the boat into the lagoon. Free soft drinks were always available which was handy. The price was not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Very well organised trip. Mr Boy was very informative letting us know what was happening when. Plenty of stops and time to enjoy each one.
Maya beach felt overcrowded and chaotic to get off the boat and then around the waiting area to get back on but this is not the fault of the company just the island is very busy after reopening again after covid.
