Sailing on the Catamaran with an open bar was fabulous! JUST DO IT! you won’t be disappointed. The hosts did a fabulous job of keeping the crowd entertained and the drinks keep flowing. Snorkeling was well supervised. Shuttle service was provided and communication was perfect. The buffet provided was not great, but it was food if you were hungry.

Overall good experience. The snorkeling was rough, however. Rather than stop and have us snorkel in that area like most tours do, they had us swim against rough waters for quite a distance and we only saw 4 small groups of fish. The water was so rough that it was dangerous, in my opinion. I’ve snorkeled many times and never had someone require us to swim a long distance against rough waters. One of our party ended up on a different boat because the snorkeling group just kept going. They really should restructure the snorkeling portion of their tour.

Travelled as a group of 9 plus an infant. When booking it said 9 of 15 people and the photo was of a small catamaran. Picked up by a spacious clean van. All was going great until we let out and told to go down a service alley and turn left. Waited an hour in the heat. The boat was 20 minutes late. By this time we realized we were getting on a large catamaran. Not enough seats for all the passengers (I’d estimate 80). Having thought we had booked a 15 passenger excursion we were very disappointed. Snorkeling was what we looked forward to and the water was lovely, but I’d never snorkelled with such a large group. I felt like I saw a sheep being herded by cowboys of the boat and through the water. The crew in the water kept us in a tight group (often trying not to kick or get kicked by flippers) because there were several other large and small catamarans in the same area. The crew gave clear instructions and served nice cold drinks. I would bring my own cup next time as cups were quickly hand washed in a tub of soapy water and rinsed in another tub and reused.

We had the most amazing experience on the Seawind with Captain Danny and first mate/guide/entertainer/bartender Pedro. We had so much fun and were treated like royalty. I highly recommend this boat and crew.

The boat trip was good and the food was lovely on the island, as was the island.
Worst part for us was the 2.5 hr transfer each way. There was no warning of the transfer taking that long and we probably wouldn’t of done this trip if we knew that.

Very good experience from start to finish aboard the Kraken Catamaran!
The check in and initial docking phase was smooth, co-ordinated brilliantly and plenty of staff around to guide people and make sure everyone knew where they were going.
Aboard was a clean, comfy experience with the sun shining and sea breeze hitting us!
Open bar, drinks being brought to us, great conversations with the team and even better music being played!
Snorkelling was unreal, being able to see the reefs up close and see all kinds of fish was a memorable experience.
Isla Mujeres was a gorgeous island, extremely hot and good food!
Unfortunately didn’t see much of the island due to the World Cup being on and being English! (England Vs USA!!)
Fantastic experience and cheaper than other places by a long way, definitely recommend!!
Tips were very well deserved too!

The excursion was very exceptional from start to finish. The name of our catamaran was Khaya and the entire crew was very kind and professional the duration of the trip. The attentiveness of the crew was great and what truly stood out was two individuals who experienced motion sickness and the crew took care of and cared for them as if they were family.
