We did not know the water rides stop at 5pm and only the show is available after 5pm that was not clear when I purchased the tickets. We just watched one expensive show.
The park looks fun though, just upset we did not get to experience it.

Swimming in the rivers through the caves was an amazing experience. The water was at a good temperature and crystal clear. It is something I have never seen and highly recommend you do it.

Terrible terrible deal for night entry. You basically pay for the show. That’s it. This has to be the worst experience and most waste of time I’ve had in a while. I’m sure Xcaret is a nice place and will hopefully visit in the future but this night entry I wish I could get my money back. Since it wasn’t cheap.

Great place with fantastic variety of activities BUT !!! Be aware that everything closes at 5-5:30pm. We arrived later because we were doing the night show. Did not know we would have almost 2 hours of doing nothing and no access to the activities. The other thing is that there isn’t much assistance – no info stations, almost no staff speak English – so asking about recommendations and planning your time efficiently if you’re short on time – no help available at all. None!
Good at the buffet was great with a large selection of items.

Everything was wonderful! The park is well maintained, staff is professional and knowledgeable. The bird sanctuary was a personal favorite. The underground river was so much fun. I’m not a swimmer. With a life vest and lifeguard in the water I felt safe. He even helped me a little and gave me some tips to stay a float. The show at the end of the night is a full blown theater production. It summarizes Mexico’s rich history from pre colonial times to present in such a beautiful artistic way. I didn’t want the day to be over. Highly recommend to all!

The River was amazing! It’s a long route to swim but you are given life jackets. There were a lot of people in the way and they don’t have signs for traffic to keep it less congested. I was not a fan of the food for lunch but everything else nice! We didn’t get to see everything in one day. I also don’t like how you’re already paying to get in the park and there are different excursions that you have to pay for. The night show is really nice as well but we were so exhausted we were falling asleep during the second half of the show. Outside of that, I recommend this place.

Lot of park is under reconstruction as por December 2024. It is so much overpaid comparing to Disneyland or Universal Studio theme parks in US. 1 of 3 rivers out of order, view tower closed, animals like Pumas and Jaguars not there until end of recostruction. Eve with all attractions available, still too expensive.

The evening show was simply unforgettable. Very well done. Be prepared for a long day, but the basic package worked well for us since we had a large group with small kids, adolescents, and a wheelchair. Wonderful aviary.
