Highly recommended trip. Booked 24 hours in advance. Booking and communication went smoothly. Elarya from Nice Tours was very friendly and accommodating. The drivers were equally friendly and reliable. All this much cheaper than with the usual organizers. The ride in the mini bus was comfortable, the driver picked us up directly from the hotel or, in our case, from the ship. No tourist rip off or anything like that. 5/5 stars well deserved!

Two days before the trip. The stuff Arwa connected with me to inform everything about the journey, where and when the driver would pick us up and told me telephone number. And she’s so nice to answer any questions. Besides, the driver was super punctual, no asking for extra tips, and the whole journey time was arranged just perfect. We were back to our hotel at about 3 p.m. And then I realized that I forgot my sunglasses on the bus so I contacted Arwa, she responded so quickly and professionally, asked the driver have a check on the bus, the whole process last only two hours. Thank you all for the qualified and nice service. By the way, the reason why the Journey starts so early is the road to Abu Simbel is only open for certain times.

The experience was very professional and good. Arwa from nice tours was in touch with me and giving me constant updates about the tour which was very reassuring. Even at time of pick up she was awake at 4 AM to ensure smooth pickup. After reaching the destination, there was some hiccup regarding the guide. I called Arwa about that, and she handled it professionally. I was able to get it touch with the guide eventually, and so the tour turned out to be great.
