The downside of the tour was that they didn’t pick us up from our hotel. We were told to a hotel 50 meters away, on the same street, forcing us to wait for more than 15 minutes in the cold in front of that hotel. We didn’t understand why they didn’t pick us up from our hotel, as the bus stopped almost in front of us. Other than that inconvenience, it was a very pleasant day. The vessel is comfortable and as we had paid for a VIP accommodation, the service was exceptional. The guides were very good and the tours were great. Worth it.

The excursion itself was great but it was a shame that there was no departure earlier in the morning in order to make the most of Victoria Island (pick up at 11am in the center of Bariloche, arrival at island between 1:00 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. and we had 2:30 hours on the island before heading back to the park) Several hiking trails are available but unfortunately no time to do everything (for a person in good physical condition it takes about 4 hours to do all the circuits without really landing to enjoy them. In my opinion, del torro beach is the best spot for pick-nicking and why not take a dip in the water for the bravest. Los Arrayanes Park has ‘a mini circuit of 30min but idem everything is timed and I find that we do not have enough time to enjoy the places and their beauties. Given the price, and the distance, this is not an activity that we could do again several days in a row.

Great tour, perfect timing to all the stops, Raul our guide was absolutely incredible and really made the whole day as informative as it was special. Plenty of food on the boat in between stops. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a day trip out on the water when visiting Bariloche.
